OMG best patty melt ever! I am a picky person when it comes to my cheeseburgers and patty melts. This patty melt was excellent not greasy! Definitely coming back!

They offer some food items just not sure what, they do offer places to sit and eat and might offer more on the weekend just not sure that is why the 4 stars, it does have a kitchen area they do cook in, they do have on the outside as well some gardening items for sale, as well as bait and tackle. There is also a wonderful park across the street to fish, etc. Balaton also has a fireworks display around July 4th and I think they also still have a street dance downtown as well for that event.

Balaton is one of those tiny, cute little one light towns…..but DEFINITELY worth the stop. They have a great selection on their menu and will make just about anything if they can, all you need do is ask. VERY nice people.
