Stopped in for a morning coffee and babka. The chocolate–apple babka was excellent: well-executed, rich, and flavorful, with a pleasing balance between fruit and chocolate. That said, it leaned slightly toward the sweet side and could benefit from marginal restraint in sugar to better highlight the underlying dough and filling complexity.
Service presentation was inconsistent. The babka was served on a single-use plate with a black plastic fork, which detracted from an otherwise high-quality product and felt misaligned with the bakery’s artisanal positioning.

The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with a nice area to sit and enjoy the pastries.
We got a variety of pastries, such as the almond pastry. The almond pastry was quite tasty, with a light almond flavor but baked well and flaky. The other pastries tasted good as well, though the strawberry one wasn’t a favorite as it felt too artificial.

This place is the heart of the neighborhood! Wilson’s broissant was absolutely incredible – so flaky and soft, with just the right touch of sweetness. It’s clear they pour a lot of love into what they do. Definitely coming back for more!

First time going to this location and was still very pleased with the quality of their baked goods. I tried the mushroom and cheese focaccia which was sooo savory and creamy and cheesy. I also tried the pumpkin babke which I had never had before and it was cinnamony and I enjoyed it. Almond babke and chocolate babke are both always classics too. Hard to go wrong here!
