Social Profile:

Bakery Four specializes in European style viennoiserie and west coast style sourdough. We are focused on freshness, ingredients, and quality – using only imported french ingredients such as cultured butter and soft french flours. Options include laminated pastries, cookies, scones, baguettes, and so much more. The full espresso bar within the bakery serves our own coffee that we source and roast in house. We also have periodically rotating sandwiches, flatbreads, and specialty items in our retail cooler that are crafted fresh.

The italian sandwich was one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever had! The bread was fresh and all the ingredients were flavorful. The aioli on it was fantastic, the perfect balance of spice. One sandwich can definitely feed two people. I also got the hibiscus iced tea with honey, and an almond croissant. Almond croissants are probably my favorite pastry ever and this one did not disappoint. It has tons of filling and the croissant was baked perfectly. This place is definitely worth going to and I will 100% be coming back here the next time i’m in the Denver area!

Wow, what a place!!!! I absolutely love this bakery. I have been for both pastries and sandwiches and it’s so delicious. Coffee is fabulous too. Just go and order double of what you think you need because you’ll want it all. Fabulous place, really kind and welcoming employees.

A really cute bakery with a nice seating area. Gets pretty busy on the weekends (and they will run out, so get there early or have 2nd/3rd choice options ready) but it was a nice place to have a working lunch during the week. My favorite items are the almond croissant and coffee cake. I also have had the ham sandwich which was a nice size for the price, but a bit much form me because it lacked veggies. Some nice lettuce and tomato would have definitely helped with the richness of the copious amount of meat, cheese, and butter. But if you’re a hardcore carnivore, that’ll definitely be up your alley.

Recommended by a friend a while back and finally had the opportunity to check them out. Had the Cardamom Morning Bun, the Almond Croissant, and the Pain at Jambom. They were all delicious, but the Cardamom Bun was delightful. Bought the (warm) Baguette to bring home to enjoy later. The staff was friendly and cheerful while the atmosphere was open and bright.

This small artisan sourdough bakery is something special. Every baked treat is incredible, and their bread is truly perfect—crusty, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really sets them apart is their generosity—they give away sourdough starter for free, which is such a thoughtful touch for anyone wanting to bake at home. You can feel the love in everything they do. Can’t recommend them enough!

Bakery Four is my favorite bakery in Denver! Their monkey bread is my favorite sweet treat and the sandwich loaf is out of this world good. Best sourdough around. Get there early as they often sell out fast because they are SO GOOD and worth the wait the line can be sometimes. Oh and when they have focaccia bread, get it!! The pepperoni is dreamy good!

This bakery rules. We have come here every weekend for weeks since we tried it the first time, sometimes both days. Everything we have tried has been masterfully prepared, and I didn’t even realize they had sandwiches until today. The chimichurri beef sandwich is what inspired me to write this review, because it was crazy flavorful and was an incredible value at $13 for this huge sandwich. Also, very sweet people working the counter.

I went to Bakery Four right at 8am on a Sunday when they opened, and there was already a line inside! I’d heard so many great things, so I figured it was worth the wait. The staff was incredibly friendly – super welcoming and offered great recommendations. Overall, the pastries were solid. I was a little disappointed that the vanilla citrus morning bun was underbaked – the outside was nice and flaky, but the inside was still doughy. That said, it was still my favorite flavor-wise! The monkey bread was also really light and fluffy.

Bakery Four is one of my absolute favorite spots! The sourdough is the best around and the pastries are to die for!

Yes the line can be long (especially on weekends) and yes they can run out of bread but that’s just because you’re getting fresh homemade GOODNESS every time you go. Can’t recommend them enough!!

There is always a line for a reason. First time I came here I didn’t want to buy into the hype but the hype is well deserved.

One of the best bakeries in Denver. They are more consistent with their quality than others I like and I love their rotating seasonal menu.

I try something new every time but the best are the cardamom bun (hands down #1), everything croissant, and rosemary herb boule. My only note is that the morning bun could have much more orange zest.

Do not sleep on Bakery Four. The line is always worth it
