Service wait time takes too long. It has been like that for years. Last 2 times I went it took 25 minutes to get 2 breads toasted and one small coffee. Trying to place phone order is another issue. All phone calls either a busy signal or you are told to hold for 10 minutes plus. If service was faster I would be a regular customer. Food is great, but speed of services messes this up. As much as I like their breads I just don’t have the time to wait for over 20 minutes.
