Went to B&P for date night after not visiting for a long time. It was nice to be back! We got the focaccia and it was amazing! The serving size is huge and the pickled peppers were sweet and tangy. For dinner we did the Capone Experience and everything was delightful. We especially loved the steak, swordfish, and birthday cheesecake. We can’t wait to go back!

Cocktails are the main reason to go here instead of the other Epiphany Farms venues, but the tasting menu is a close second. Both are well-curated and interesting, and seasonally influenced.
The hosts up front always make the speakasy aspect fun if you don’t have a reservation, and if you do, the passphrases are appropriate to the theme. The restaurant is uniquely decorated and the main dining room is beautiful and comfortable. The staff are friendly and get along well, which goes quite a ways toward making the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable.
I’ve never had a bad meal here, but for best results, always get the special. When they’re busy some dishes can take a little longer or come out overcooked, but even then the high quality ingredients and interesting combinations make for an excellent dining experience. Highly recommend.

We have visited previously for “the experience,” but this time, we ordered items off the menu. (BLT, smashburger, roasted broccoli, brownie)
Both times, we loved our dishes and would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes to try new foods. Fun for a date night, special occasion, or just because.
I love the decoration from the Edison bulbs to the artwork to the speakeasy aesthetic. The bar is beautiful. The dishes are delicious.
It’s definitely worth checking out!!

Such a fun and unique experience I definitely recommend stopping in! Don’t forget the password when you make your reservation or the hostess will make you do a dance or tell a joke so be prepared!
They had a future cocktail of the evening, but also an extensive full bar! The bar itself is beautiful and I would definitely come back just to sit there for cocktails in the future.
The food was delicious even though it’s not a large menu there’s definitely something for everybody.
The main highlight though was our server Kaitlin. She really made the experience exceptional – she was friendly, prompt with her service, offered great suggestions and ensured that we had a wonderful experience for our first time.

This has been a constant spot for myself and my girlfriend. If you’re looking for the best cocktail bar in Bloomington/Normal, great food and atmosphere this is the place.
Cullen, one of the bartenders there, whipped me up a fantastic rye New York sour with a dash of ginger liqueur. One of my favorites so far. Definitely give this place a try!

Arrived early to drink at the bar, Cullen made sure we didn’t leave the bar. Dinner was excellent (steak frites), and the bespoke cocktails matched every dish. Bakery and Pickle is not to be missed!

Wow! What wonderful ambience with historical flair. They even have live piano music playing the whole time! They provide the perfect amount of attention and friendliness in their service and the food is delicious! I enjoyed eating foods and drinks in unexpected combinations and preparations. They also tell you about everything they are serving from what it is to how it’s prepared and from where it came. The food is prepared for groups of two to share. Be prepared to pay at least $100 or more for two people if you get drinks and any add-ons. I recommend The Bee’s Knees and the pickle bowl for a drink and extra. The whole experience is definitely worth every penny!

Overall experience was amazing! Very beautiful hole in the wall kind of place! We went for a friend’s birthday celebration! Would have never known it was there! Loved the cool way to get in! Food was amazing! Heads up! Don’t order as many appetizers as us! We got full before our meals even came! Overall i loved it! Highly recommend for a date night really cool experience!!!
