Be careful they over charge you, the lady with the glasses charged me $10 for a juice and a coffee, which I usually pay $7.50.

Fantastic. Fresh baked goods, coffee, pastries and, sometimes, flan. The prices are extraordinary and the smell is wondrous. Some employee is lackluster (smoking out front, nonchalant attitude) but the rest are stellar. They stopped wearing masks mid May which is early for the area I think.
Overall I do recommend this business hand over fist. It’s good quality, good prices and clean storefront leads me to hope they manage well and stick around. I will return and frequently.

Even though the lady asked if we speak Spanish, it was still a fun experience. I used Google to help me a bit, but my old brain does remember numbers at least. There’s also a sign written in Spanish that most likely says exact change or cards only please. There’s alot of dessert options which I would have loved to dig into, but I didn’t want to go crazy before race day. I settled for churros instead, which appears to have some cream inside. My dad got tamales and mom got beet juice (gross).

I’m not really sure why bakery is part of the store name, it is not. They buy things you can get at any grocery store and resell it, sugar cookies and cupcakes you find in the plastic containers, pound cakes you see individually wrapped in corner stores. I had a sandwich there and it was gross, the lettuce seemed to be there for a long time. Would not go there again.

Empanadas here are good. Get the beef ones. Lady only speaks Spanish so it’s a good time to brush up on your language.

It’s hard to find decent South Indian food (as most Indian restaurants are centered around North Indian food). So Dosa Hutt was a welcome find. Too bad it’s all the way in the middle of nowhere.
The masala dosa I had was crispy on the outside and warm and spicy on the inside. I love that they also have traditional Indian beverages like lassi and not so traditionally, Limca, an Indian version of Sprite that my sister used to love on trips to India. They also have uttampum and idli which I highly recommend if you haven’t had the chance to try South Indian food.
