A lucky find during our Disney World trip! Found this spot on Google Maps and the food exceeded expectations. The bread is delicious and the pork congee with fried dough is a must-try. Authentic taste just like in Hong Kong!
And the staff is also friendly.

Been here multiple times and I always love how fresh the food is and how delicious they are. I also love the various selection of breads and drinks. I will never get tired of eating here whenever I can. My favorites are the black truffle har gow, egg tart, and the brown sugar milk tea. If you love dimsum, sweet bread and milk teas, this should be on your list!

Very pretty decor, Bruno mars, get the Japanese cheesecake , shrimp tempura’s good, Vietnamese spring rolls were really good, the atmosphere was quiet and the workers were nice. They have qr codes on tables that you can scan to order, good for introverts . I ordered at the screen when I came in and my food came under 10 mins. Definitely worth it, prices were great ‍ .

This place is awesome! They have a wide variety of pastry, food, coffee, and boba options. Lots of yummy stuff to fit anyone’s wants. We will definitely be back. The employees were all super nice and everything was clean and well taken care of. The decorations were all very nice(with a gaint beautiful mural) and they have plenty of space for seating.

Tiny parking lot in one of the busiest, most touristy part of town, so it’s kind of a pain to get to, but once you get inside, the ambiance is grandiose and luxurious. A giant bun section open for the perusing, a wide open dining room with tranquil murals all over the wall. This is a good place to spend some time at and eat.

Service is very friendly. At peak time of day, the buns always refill super fast. The dim sum orders took some time to make their way out to our table, but that’s ok. I think this place does an insane amount of take-out business.

Food was dynamite. Just look at those buns. Adorned with plenty of toppings that pack a wallop of flavor. Always moist and fluffy and the perfect levels of sweet and/or savory. One could make a breakfast, lunch, and dinner out of this section alone.

The dim sum, though, that’s what left the biggest impact on me. Dim sum places, I feel like, are trying to capitalize on the popularity and offer smaller and smaller portions. Small dumplings, poorly-filled buns, smaller meat-to-filler ratios, etc. Not Bakery 1908, though. They charge premium prices for them, but what you get are huge, plump, properly filled, and packed with flavor. Just wow.

Overall, this is a great place. A very unique and important addition to the Orlando food landscape. I’ll keep coming back as needed.

The café is very clean and well-organized, with a lot of options for baked goods and treats. I tried the pork bun, melon bread, Japanese cheesecake, chocolate roll, and Basque cheesecake. Of all of them, the Basque cheesecake was the best. The Japanese style ends up tasting very eggy and not very creamy. My dislike of the pork bun is purely down misinterpretation. I thought it would be similar to a pork bao. It is not! It is served at room temperature with pork and pineapple inside and a sweet glaze on the bun. Just not my cup of tea. The melon bread was delicious, with the craquelin giving a crunchy, sweet counterpoint to the fluffy roll beneath. The chocolate roll was mostly cake and very little cream filling. I would have preferred a better balance. The only other thing I tried was the iced yuzu lemonade. It is served in an adorable cup and tasted amazing. Overall, I enjoyed most of the things I tried and felt they were reasonably priced.

I was soooo excited to come here and I was not disappointed at all. When your first walk in to your right is a little section that has bakery stuff. There are trays with tongs to pick your own items. Everything is cold and there are microwaves in the back after you pay to use. Once you gather everything you want to try to the left is the register with more pastry that are refrigerated. Here you pay for everything and order any bobba you want. Then you grab a table and any hot items you order or drinks they will bring to your table. The tables also have a QR code where you can order more food as well.

We ordered a custom Ramon bowl spicy with pork and shrimp. We were not a fan of the meat. Idk they were like dumbling style and we just didn’t like the taste but we scooped everything out and just had the broth and noodles and that was so bomb!!! Definitely trying to different next time.
We also had a mango pudding which was really good. I had a double chocolate moose and it had brownie bites at the bottom and it’s was sooo good. We bought some black forest cookies which I highly recommend. We also had a port pastry which we didn’t like.. but we had a half egg sandwich that had like a layer of ham and corn and omg I would come back for just that alone and the broth noodles . We picked the mango bobba with rainbow jelly and we recommend that as well.

I recommend to come with time and take your time exploring the menu. There is plenty of sits and booths.

I thoroughly enjoy their buns! Their drink cups (the To-go one I got at least) was the best thing ever! The place is kept clean and the staff is super friendly. The two locations I have been to have both been great.
I only bumped it down a star because on occasion the labels are missing from some of the buns. If one isunfamiliar with them while it is super busy then it can make it hard to grab an employee to ask.

Great overall. Can be a little loud at times but not overwhelming or constant. It is not a traditional Asian restaurant, so if that is what you are expecting, you might be disappointed. There is a good hot menu of more traditional foods. The baked goods are out of this world! Be adventurous when you go and try something new like the chicken curry bun (heat it up) and you will be back over and over again!
