As you walk in the bakery, the aroma of fresh Cuban bread lingers. The place is well staffed to serve your needs. I have tried many places and this place has the best Café con leche, tostada and guava pastelitos in town. The food is always consistent at whatever time you are in the mood! Gringo approved!!

This is my spot! The owners and staff are excellent folks. The vibe is great! You get a great amount of GOOD food and at extremely fair price. A completa cost less than a value meal at McDonalds. I like their food and prices better than the Capital de los jugos next door.

My friends and I enjoyed Bakery@186 SO much during our stay in Miami. We went here twice. The pastries with guava and cream cheese were my favorite. I did order a big breakfast with fried eggs, ham, and toast but I ate it too quickly to take a picture. The cafe con leche is also delicious. I also appreciated how patient and kind they were with me while I practiced Spanish in ordering since I’m still learning Spanish and love to speak and practice when I get the opportunity. Excellent service and food!

Went to the Bakery 186 this afternoon I asked the person helping me for 2 guava pastelitos and 1 chorizo empanada I didn’t checked the order or asked for a receipt.
A few minutes ago when I went to open my order I only had 1 pastelito and a ham empanada.
No too happy about it.

It’s a Cuban bakery and then some. They also sell food and wine bottles. Anytime of day is great. Whenever I get a craving for Cuban food, I just swing by to get a quick bite.

My husband loves the guava and cheese pastelito. He says they’re the best he’s EVER had. The croquetas are really good as well, not greasy and just the right amount of crisp. Overall I recommend trying they’re pastelitos and croquetas. One disclaimer though…if you don’t speak Spanish you’ll probably need assistance. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars.

This bakery is great. I have been coming here for years…The owners are very nice and recognize you when you are a regular customer which is nice. The tostada (toast) is delicious because they use an individual cuban roll rather than a slice of regular cuban bread. The party platters are $6 for 25 count. All the food and sweets are priced reasonably. You can eat in or take to go.
