First time at Bakers, the prices for what the food quality and quantity is, is ridiculous. The burger was decent, the chili cheese fries were not worth the money. Overall disappointed. The fact they charge you $1.50 for ranch or any other sauce is also ridiculous. Customer service was good. It was my first time, and also my last. You can get better quality food for a better price elsewhere.

Bakers has changed their fries. They took away shredded beef and then brought it back double the price. The quality of their food just keeps getting lower and lower and they used to offer you Halloween books with free fries and free bean and cheese burritos and the quality of their shakes used to be able to get a large shake now you can’t do that. I don’t know who an HR is running bakers, but they need to do a better job they used to be deals of the day on Instagram what happened

Stopped by for lunch. And The drive thru was packed. So I went inside. Got a papa combo ( Double Baker fries drink ) and 2 beef tacos
The burger was delicious and so were the tacos. But my fries had no salt And they were under cooked and limp. The service was pretty slow But the employees were friendly. I’ll be back. Just hope my fries are cooked right next time

normally this location is always great, so not sure what was going on tonight but the lady who took our order through the drive thru was a little rude. we repeated our order to confirm it with her and she said yes she got it, but she still got it wrong. thankfully we weren’t charged for the missing food from our order but the two tacos we got were less than half filled, it was mostly an empty shell. fries were overcooked and a little hard. it was not busy at the time we went either. overall bad experience this time around

I grew up in Bloomington and have gone here ever since I could remember. It’s always been a great location with amazing staff and wonderful food. These past few years though, there’s been a bit of a decline in service and quality. For the most part the staff is great but every so often you get a team that seems to drag their feet and not care about the food they put out. The prices really spiked and they changed their ingredients. Their tortillas are the biggest disappointment. They used to be thicker flour tortillas with a flour dusting on it that really made the burritos stand out from everyone else. Now, they serve thinner, oil rich, translucent tortillas. It’s a shame and I’ve stopped coming by as much. Only thing worth stopping by regularly for is the seasonal pumpkin pie shake, with real pie mixed in lol.
