These are great donuts but I can’t say they are the best in town. They are just a really good, solid donut. Great flavors. The staff was professionally and the place is nice if you want to sit there and smash a few donuts.

Today I sent a family member to pick up an order of donuts for me. I ordered a dozen cronuts the day before…the lady quoted me $21 ..I gave her my credit card info. When my husband brought the donuts home, I get a receipt that says $42 ..that made no sense to me, I call and speak to someone over the phone. It sounds like the manager, I kindly tell her the situation and she informs me thats the price. And that I should know its listed online. I told her your staff quoted me $21 …why am I being charged double…that makes no sense. She said how do I know u didn’t ask for half a dozen..and thats the quote. I proceed to say then how did u have a dozen ready for my order? This whole conversation and going back and forth was terrible. I said ..to her so bc your staff quoted the wrong price …yall wont honor it? She said…well im owning up to it …and acknowledging the price is wrong…but we wont fix it. Since when is it OK for a donut to b almost $4 a piece. Customer service is terrible, this manager or whoever she is…should not be allowed to work in customer service…bc all she wants to do is go back and forth with a customer. I’ve been going here for years…this will be my last time . If anyone wants a donut…but not have to b swindled…try going elsewhere. I never write reviews…ever…but this has totally pissed me off. The lady even said…so ure gonna write us a bad review bc of this? I said …mam…yall aren’t owning up to the mistake that your staff…did…so now im out of money…and yall dont care!

One of the best donut options in this area. Yum!! The staff is super nice and helpful. I did not wait long at all. The donuts are fresh and stayed fresh for 2 days. Go early if you want to try other varieties, only glaze left when I arrived.

i love bakers dozen……. BUT today i just saw one of the ladies behind the counter repeatedly rubbing up in her nose with her hand :/… then she proceeded to go to the back where the donuts are made sneezing loudly… this is disturbing because not once did she at least use hand sanitizer nor a napkin! no wonder covid-19’s numbers were so high. I took a risk and bought donuts anyway:/ luckily a different lady serviced me & handled my donuts. please do something about this… this is not food-handling safe!

Great doughnut shop that has good prices and large baked goods! They also do coffee and it has a very homey dinner feel! If you are around the area and want doughnuts I highly reccomend. They are open at 5am which is great if you work 3rds! The doughnuts stay fresh for a long time and we got there warly enough one day we got fresh warm doughnut holes the employees are so happy and helpful. And bless the guys in the back they work so hard!

I’ve patronized Baker’s Dozen for years and after this experience I can’t even go back. I ordered a dozen and received 1 free. They were pretty much out of all donuts so I had to pick from a limited selection. I chose the donut, tasted and didn’t like. I Informed the worker (tall, slim male) and asked for a different donut. He the took the donut, threw it in the trash and went to the back. Theresa ( I think that’s her name) she’s been there for yearssssss came out and with an attitude told me my donut couldn’t be replaced. I explained to her that the worked threw it away without asking, she was not listening or dared to care. She had the worst attitude ever!!! The worker threw my donut away without asking, why can’t it be replaced???????
Theresa is an older kinda heavy lady, I think she’s the manager. Over the years her attitude has gotten worse and worse. I can’t even go to Bakers Dozen anymore cause if I see her it was spoil my appetite. She has horrible customer service and negative energy. You should not bring misery into a place of work especially front facing hungry customers. *Even the workers complain about her!
Mind you for all the years I’ve been going to BD I’ve never had any issue with any of the staff members. Theresa stands out for sure!
