We came here for dinner recently and had such a great experience! The restaurant just started opening for dinner again, and you can definitely feel the difference. The ambiance has been elevated with tablecloths and a more refined feel, but it still keeps that warm, comfortable vibe that makes it so inviting!
Our server, Ian, was awesome, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the new dinner menu and all the changes happening. He mentioned that all the steaks are Certified Angus Beef, which you can taste in the quality.
The food was amazing, especially for the prices. I had the NY strip for $26 (came with fries!) and my boyfriend had the 16oz hand cut ribeye for $23 (also came with fries!), both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The drinks were just as impressive, I had a Cold Brew Martini made with Ketel One for $10, and he had an Old Fashioned for $8. Even though they don’t have a happy hour, the drink prices are so good it might as well be one!!

Regarding the food- Bakers Crust has been consistently inconsistent, with chicken that is greatly under-seasoned or (more recently) extremely over-salted. The breading is often not adhering to the chicken or sometimes burnt. Waffles vary in their texture, and I received burnt bits with mine the previous time. Any omelet dishes we have ordered over the years have been under-seasoned. We received two overdone omelets and day old coffee one morning, after coming at opening. The hashbrowns are usually great though. Overall, the food is not worth this price point (with the additional 3.5% charge they started adding to the checks that is not well advertised to the consumer).
Regarding the service- Most of my servers have been very very kind. I had a chance to speak with one of the managers and he was kind enough to give us $30 off our next meal. However, when telling him the issues with the food and insisting on not needing a refund, he wouldn’t really listen to the issues, he just rushed to get us the voucher. After going and trying them again today, the issues still weren’t addressed.
I loved this place for breakfast and lunch for years, and I didn’t mine salting my food here and there. However, the quality shift is not acceptable, and nothing seems to improve! Also, I would not order the juices (orange, apple, cranberry), they are pricey and below grocery store quality at times (too bitter or too sweet).

On Saturday March 22nd I had a birthday party here. I planned the party for 3 months with Ashley the Catering manager, and everything was perfect! I wanted my party in a private room so the party was on the 2nd floor and the elevator worked fine. My guest loved the food. There was so much food that they gave us containers to take leftovers home. I had about 30 guest and there was plenty of room. I had a dj and we danced all night. Even when the restaurant closed at 9pm they didn’t rush us out. The staff was very attentive and kept the food & drinks stocked. I couldn’t have picked a better place for my party!

Food was great. The swanky eggs Benedict was amazing, just wish the food came out hotter as far as temperature. The French toast was also good. The atmosphere was pretty sad considering it was a Saturday during peak brunch time. The staff seemed tired and out of it. I will say our waiter still did a great job at tending to our table.

Great food and great coffee! The service was wonderful and the food was ready quick. It’s weird, but one of my favorite things about this restaurant is the little syrup and cream containers… They just pour so nicely. I definitely recommend and will be back.

This place is very popular and busy. As such, have some patience and expect the service to be a little slower than other places. We sat for breakfast. The hash browns were some of the best I’ve ever had. Crispy and spiced just right. The Swanky Benedict (open faced biscuit with bacon, fried chicken, poached egg, and hollandaise) was awesome. Every part of it was done well. The avocado toast was good, but I did not like the hummus on it. It kind of overpowered the avocado. I would ask for no hummus and add a squeeze of lemon or lime to make it better next time. Overall a solid spot for breakfast. Have not tried their lunch or dinner menu.

I visited Baker’s Crust for the first time recently for Brunch and ordered their Breakfast Burrito which came with a side of hash browns. I would have liked to order an iced latte as well but unfortunately per what their server advised, they only had plain black coffee and no other coffee varieties on their menu. The Breakfast Burrito seemed rather plain, lacking flavour and I honestly didn’t sense a lot of flavour aside from the eggs and tomatoes, although the ingredients in the burrito per the menu seemed quite interesting. The hash browns were fresh and crispy. Service was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, located in a populated plaza. Thank you

Really tasty!!! Fresh ingredients done well, this is a great brunch spot! Good portion sizes, the breakfast burritos are huge! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating (be sure to ask for a table with an umbrella/shade if it’s sunny). Will definitely be back again!

This is our second time here and both times the experience has been the same. Great looking restaurant, with modern touches… however, the food has been below average. My avocado toast was 11.00 dollars… one toast, the bread was not toasted, the avocado spread has no taste and the greens on it tasted as if it was old..the French toast was good, and the eggs, bacon and home fries were cold.
Mind you we waited a long time for the food to come out..
