Another Hamtramck Landmark! Rocky and Mark always make you feel at home. Nice cozy bar. The locals love this place. In the spring and summer Rocky has his famous Alley Cow Grill on Friday nights (steak and chicken on the grill). Very good food and value! There is also a pop up on Sunday nights. Just got back from the pop up. We had goolash, potato fritters and cranberry orange pie. The food was incredible!

Great bar with a chill homey neighborhood vibe. The “pop-up” food by @gingersnap_eats (IG) on Sunday nights is some of the most authentic fused creative cuisine in Detroit and maybe on the planet. Highly recommended, the best food and extremely under priced for the value. If I could give 10 stars it would be 15 out of 10.

There used to be a bunch of dive bars like this in Hamtramck. Back when bars were for drinking, socializing and not much else. Now it is one of the few holdouts. Visit to see a living museum, if nothing else. Places like this are going fast, unfortunately.
