We got the Premier Everyday Celebration package from Bakehouse 46 for our wedding reception, since we were having a small wedding and wanted a variety of dessert items. My husband and I have been to Bakehouse 46 in the past and enjoy their treats. Our wedding desserts were no exception. The cupcakes (we got the Southern Red Velvet and Party Time flavors) and donuts especially were incredibly fresh and tasted amazing. We and our guests were thoroughly pleased with all the desserts from the day. Thank you so much!

It was my first time there. Beautiful place. The baked goods looked beautiful. Plan to buy cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday this weekend. BUT, I was very disappointed by the avocado toast. Maybe because I live in California the Holly Mecca of avocado toast…. but for $8.75, I expect more than a piece of bread, a minuscule shmear of avocado and tomato slices… just put at least a quarter of avocado slices on there and this would have been worlds better. Felt totally ripped off. Again, wish them luck! Beautiful place! But please improve your Avo Toast!

Bakehouse 46 is great! The ladies there are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly service-oriented—you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. The desserts are fantastic, the hot beverages are spot-on, and the Samoa cheesecake is absolutely delicious. Just a really warm, pleasant experience all around. Nice job!

This place is new in the area and I had to try their breakfast sandwiches “breaky “ egg bacon cheddar and cream cheese! Delicious, bagel was soft and easy to chew. But wait there’s more! Cookies, cupcakes, cheesecake, ice cream, cider and pretty good coffee round out the menu. Guess I’ll get some sweets for the fam. Roar!

My friend and I stopped in last night after picking up some carry out. I normally go to the ferndale location and I’ve honestly been a fan since the brand used to be Cupcake Station. The young lady that was working rushed us through our order even though we were the only ones buying something at that moment. We spent a little over $17 and had about 5 different items so it blew me even further that she asked if I needed a bag for all my stuff. The cupcakes and donuts were beautifully made and taste amazing but I work to hard to receive subpar service. Every two seconds after I made a selection it was “is that all?” Like girl be for real you’re at your job and I’m not asking you to do anything that’s not in the description. Then I have to ask for a bag? Everything was done with an attitude. Maybe I should just stick to the Ferndale location?

Coffee is too hot for the lid, would not seal. Hot coffee all over the car and me! Arrgh. Buy better lids or brew at a lower temp.
Banana pudding is good here. Service good.

Tried then twice. The 1st time was great. The second time, the cashier had in a glove while ringing up my order. Touched the screen with the glove, and grabbed my doughnuts with the same glove. I brought it to her attention and she said” so do you want another doughnut or what?” So I said no, left out, and tossed them in the trash. I didn’t want anything with that kind of attitude. She should have offered fresh ones. After touching money, glove or no glove, your hands should be washed first. I wanted to live this place, they have really good treats. I also deserve food that is not touched with the same glove that touches the register screen. Besides that, this seems to be a really good place.

Walk in. Purchase a cupcake straight from the display case. Take a bite. Now tell me that’s fresh baked. Mine was still refrigerator cold and had a “crust” over the icing from sitting out without being covered. Never again.

I’m always excited to try a new bakery. However, I have to say today was a one and done experience at this place. First impressions can make you return, but wasn’t too impressed with the person on the counter who couldn’t even crack a smile to make you feel welcomed. I ordered the avocado toast. I’m assuming that toast means the bread is toasted? Well, this slice looked like it just came out of some bag. It definitely was not toasted. It had this lame smear of avocado paste on it that really didn’t have much taste. It was spread so thin that I had to think, are they serious? Is this a joke? Then, she just threw on top two cut up slices from a Roma tomato. This was the most unimpressive avocado toast that I’ve ever had that certainly was not worth price. It just did not measure up. It just looked so pitiful when I opened the container. Hard to believe this is their standard. Next time I’ll just save my money.

Had an amazing gluten free “birthday” cupcake there today. Super moist. Frosting was perfect. Among the very best I’ve ever had. Hope they do more gf goods.
