DELISH baked goods! What a selection! Definitely want to return to try their pies (cherry berry pie!?). The blueberry scone warm from the oven was divine and the pumpkin muffin was also so moist and delicious. The staff was really friendly!!!

Easily THE BEST bakery on the island. Everything is fresh and warm when you order in the morning. The scones are the best I’ve ever had. There is a reason they sell out fast. And the muffins are always massive and soft on the inside.

They make the best cherry pies I have ever had! I prefer the double crust vs. crumb topping one. Remember Comstock – that heavy, overly sweet, cherry filling, well they make their filling with delicious, previously frozen cherries, that have a light, yummy taste and excellent texture. And the homemade crust has great texture and taste.

Baked on the Beach made our wedding cake for our wedding in May. Simply put, our cake was INCREDIBLE! They did an amazing job with the decorations, the cake was moist and very flavorful. Thank you so much for helping make our day so perfect and making the best wedding cake I’ve ever had (and I’m not just saying that because it was our wedding)! They also did an amazing job at our additional desserts. The chocolate cupcakes were devoured, and the mini key lime pies were perfectly tart and bite sized.

On a whim on our last day in LBI, my girlfriend and I stopped in the Surf City shop after seeing pictures of the cinnamon rolls on Instagram. Unfortunately for many restaurants and bakeries, the treats rarely live up to the hype of their social media profiles. I’m happy to say this was most certainly not the case for Baked on the Beach and their cinnamon rolls!
My girlfriend got the classic one and I got a maple/pork roll one and oh my god both were amazing, best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had! The dough for both confections was tender and light in a way that was very notable. The cinnamon flavor of the cinnamon roll was prominent and we appreciated that the cream cheese icing was something you could omit if you’re not a fan (the bun was sticky with cinnamon/sugar syrup in the best way). The maple pork roll bun had the perfect salty-sweet combination and crucially did not have that artificial maple flavor.
10/10 one of the best confections we had on the island!

Ordered a strawberry shortcake, and it was hands down one of the best cakes I have ever had! The strawberries were fresh and the whipped cream frosting wasn’t too sweet like most others. The cake was done beautifully. The staff was very friendly as well! I can’t wait to try everything else!

Ordered a birthday cake and it was excellent!! Service was great, they talked through exactly what I wanted and the cake was perfect! So fudgy and moist with a ton of raspberry filling. I could not be happier – will definitely be going back for another custom cake and to try everything else they make!!

Hands down the most scrumptious spot on the island! The blueberry muffins were still warm from being baked today, the cookies were so soft, and let’s not forget about those gooey iced chocolate brownies! Love supporting this gem of a bakery!

Absolutely beautiful cake! They decorated it perfectly for my daughter and nieces birthday cake we added cupcakes in for the girls to blow out candles. Justin, the owner, is very kind. Will definitely order from them in the future!
