I’m very disappointed with this place! A couple of weeks ago, I ordered food online and drove 30 minutes only to find the store closed—and I had already been charged.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this… The posted hours don’t match the actual opening times. It’s frustrating to make the trip and find the cafe closed. I hope they update their hours and improve their reliability.

Great spot for a quick and delicious breakfast. Even their decaf coffee is good, which is always a good sign. Service was excellent and so was the breakfast panini. I got my order to go, but while I was waiting for my panini I took in the atmosphere, which seemed spacious and comfortable.

Recently started a new job in Concord and I gave this place a try for the first time today. I needed a lunch to help me feel better as I was feeling under the weather. I ordered half a grilled cheese and the Feathers & Grain soup (think creamy, lemon chicken w/ veggies) and was almost brought to tears, it was that good! The grilled cheese was gooey, crisp and everything I needed to dip into that amazing soup (of which I want to buy by the bucketful)! I will be back for sure!

Great egg sandwich, on gluten free bread AND humanely raised eggs!!! SO important!! I’d rate higher if they recycled their plastic or had compostable plastic. (And please correct me if I’m wrong), my husband was happy with his veggie wrap too!! WORTH A VISIT!!!

Normally I would give this a 5-star rating but my last visit was substandard. the place is always super busy because it’s normally good so I got there very early and I was the only one in line before noon ordered my usual which was the turkey gobbler. Usually takes just a couple minutes to get my meal, but this time it took nearly 25 minutes and when I got to go it wasn’t the usual warm delicious turkey dinner like meal. Instead it was akin to a cold deli sandwich with cold stuffing and cold hard cheese. Even this gravy side was more gel than gravy. This isn’t normal so I was very surprised and very disappointed. I don’t know if they’re just short-handed this is day or what but it was quite a let down.

This is my second time coming here, once I was pregnant. The first time made a lasting impression so I decided to come back! My husband and I came with 2 of the 4 kids we have a newborn and 2 year old. We ordered our food, paid and sat in the loungearea, my daughter proceeded to dump half her Gatorade on the floor, my husband cleaned it up. And when nursing my daughter I proceeded to knock my sandwich on the floor. Having only ate half. They helped clean up and replaced my sandwich. Which was absolutely amazing! And totally unexpected. The food tastes amazing ( 5 star to the smoothies!) and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. The staff are top notch- even before I dumped half my lunch! But they went the extra mile, and I’m happy to come back and spend my money here. And you should too!
