I am so in awe of this place! There’s nothing I can complain about with my experiences. I have tried some different items in the past, and liked what I purchased so much, I had an order delivered to Texas!!! I just tasted a raspberry lemon cookie and when I tell you the flavors, the texture, the appearance…everything about my cookie was top tier. I gobbled one down and had to message the owner immediately. That was the best keto cookie I’ve ever had! Keep up the good work Vi! That was incredible!

My first experience at Baked by Vi today was wonderful. I’ve only tried the blueberry donut so far, and how delicious it was, probably my favorite blueberry donut ever. She also prepares food and has everything from pancake mix to dry seasonings and syrups. Thank you for your kindness, patience and education on keto your products. Adorable little bakery with the sweetest owner. We live in the city and we only have one gluten free shop in the area that even comes close to VI’s. We tried so many things, and they were delicious. We only focus on gluten free, but Vi also offers keto, paleo, and vegan options.
We appreciate the variety of hot teas offered as well.

WOW! The treats from Baked by Vi are incredible! I got a blueberry cheesecake cookie as well as a trail mix cookie and both of these sweets blew me away! They were light and refreshing (something I didn’t think a cookie could be) and I felt great after eating them while having my sweet tooth genuinely satisfied! I wish I took a picture of them, but they were so good I finished them before I got home! Lol! 10/10!!!

This store is truly a hidden gem! Being gluten free, I miss my occasional sweet treats.. this bakery satisfies all my wants! I haven’t eaten anything here I didn’t LOVE! You will never believe her goods aren’t gluten free. Or keto friendly. Or vegan friendly. Or dairy free.

Nice to have a truly gluten-free bakery in this area! The people working there are really friendly and the baked goods are delicious as well. They got keto stuff too if you are into that.

Vi makes the most delicious grain free breads, cakes, cookies, quiches and more! I celebrated my birthday there today with my husband who has no food allergies. He loved the quiche, the coffee, and the oatmeal whoopi pie just as much as I did ( only I chose the grain free chocolatechip cookie for dessert) I brought home a grain free baguette and it is perfect, great crust, chewy, and great with butter. Baked by Vi is a true gem!
