We are a bakery/cafe selling amazing pastries, coffees, boutique breakfasts and gourmet sandwiches. We make from scratch and bake fresh daily using as many local ingredients as possible. All of our sandwiches are made on our own sourdough bread and bagels. Our homemade poptarts are what bring people in and the overall experience is what brings them back.Dine in a relaxed comfortable atmosphere or sit on our beautiful patio and enjoy the small town vibe. Located right off the square in the sweet little town of Glen Rose, Texas.

This is THE best breakfast place to eat French style bakery items! I travel from Granbury if I don’t want to deal with the Granbury locations lines -but both, I ASSURE YOU are worth it!! Val and Olivia are the most personable and well rounded individuals and I appreciate their effort and service!

We were out this way in a tiny farmhouse for the weekend and I was looking up places for breakfast. I came across the gem and I am SO GLAD I did! We missed breakfast, but I enjoyed a caramel iced coffee while our lunch was made. I got the spicy blt and he got the turkey club. When he pulled that club out, that was one hefty sammich! The bread was so fresh and crusty, meat and veggies were thick and delicious! My blt was just as good, could have used a bit more bacon, but the fresh jalapeno cheddar bread and spicy sauce they used were on point.
Now let’s talk about those goodies they have on display. Holy. Mother.
Yall. Everything I put in my mouth was so delicious. The dough used for these goodies is spot on! Honestly I think I got one of almost each goodie in that case. My favorite was the pecan pie bar, and the lemon danish with an earl grey tea cream. Ohhh have mercy. I could eat that pastry cream with a spoon. Absolutely delicious! The staff are friendly and explained everything on their menu in detail.
I will absolutely be back to try one of those cinnamon rolls next time I’m out that way! Absolutely visit this place!

This is my favorite place in Glen Rose so far. They have brilliant food that they bake themselves, and a nice interior and exterior porch to enjoy your coffee or meal.
And it’s right next to Glen Rose‘s historic Park and Riverwalk, so there’s a great place to immediately walk off your meal.

Very beautiful breakfast spot in Glen Rose. We were informed that all goods are made daily in house. They use no artificial ingredients and have several gluten-free options. Overall, a very enjoyable breakfast place.

Baked has a cozy clean atmosphere. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love to stop in and grab a coffee on my way to shop at the town square. I ordered pies and they were wonderful. The staff is always so nice aswell.

Went to the Glen Rose location for the first time and was not disappointed. Everything we got was amazing as usual. There is nothing bad about this place. EVERYTHING is made from scratch, from the croissants down to the mayonnaise. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Baked is outstanding! They have a huge variety of pastries, sandwiches, and other breakfast items like parfaits. And their coffees are really tasty! They have several syrups they make in house as well. The staff are all so sweet! Also, there’s a really nice changing station in the bathroom, which is much appreciated! This is such a great spot!! I would come here everyday if I lived closer 😉

Passed through Glen Rose and decided to try this place. I tried the plain sourdough bagel and the strawberry “pop tart.” These were some of the most high quality, well balanced, delicious pastries I’ve ever had. The coffee is great too! It was very crowded but worth the wait. Service was with a smile despite the hustle and bustle. This place is definitely worth trying.
