Ordered the guava and Dubai cookies and neither one was truly worth the incredible price ($8/$10) the guava one had great flavor on the cream but the cookie itself was cold and hard, would be okay if the cookie was $4. The Dubai one had almost no chocolate and based on another review it seems they had the same impression. It was dry in our opinion. Service was very friendly so giving it thumbs up for that and the guava cream was very good it needs a fresh cookie

I LOVEEEE their Oreo milkshake cookie and the Dubai cups but now it’s offered with soft serve so it’s heavenly. I devoured the entire thing and did not share with anyone.

Service is always welcoming and if you’re torn between the flavors just ask for a sample before committing.

I love that this location offers espresso drinks so I will be back for an affogato and another dubai sundae in the very soon future.

They only offered one size for the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, which I found a bit odd—it was way too much for one person. I wish they had a small cup like the one at the North Premium Outlets. I also didn’t love that it was premade; I would’ve enjoyed it more if the chocolate was warm and not hardened, especially given the weather. The ratio of knafeh to chocolate was around 4:1 (despite how it looks in the photo), so I ended up mostly chewing knafeh, which just tasted oily and got tiring.

It was quite busy when I visited because of the parade, but I also found the café’s layout confusing. The counter area had a lot of space, while the queue and waiting area felt cramped and unorganized. A simple standing belt barrier would help direct the line and create better flow. Waiting for my order felt awkward because everyone was just standing around without clear structure, constantly shifting to make room for others.

Overall, the service was standard, and since my item was premade, it came out quickly. I just wish the experience felt a bit more organized and the dessert more balanced and freshly prepared.

This was our first visit to bake. The girl working named Payton could not have been nicer or more helpful! She let us try a few different choices of the cookies and they all were delicious. Payton was great. Thanks so much

I usually go to the Decatur and 215 location but Downtown summerlin is much closer to us. We got half and half Biscoff and pistachio kataifi mega box. The Biscoff was very dry. No biscoff drizzle just totally dry mixed with something to change color I’m assuming. Very disappointing as my family and I were really looking forward to eating this. Ruined our night for sure we wasted $70 for a strawberry dry cereal

I visited Bake the cookie shoppe in Summerlin, Las Vegas and boy was it a delicious treat! I tried the Dubai chocolate hearts box and Dubai chocolate cookies and they were phenomenal. The location was clean and staff were very friendly and engaging. A special shot out to Kaduze who helped me, he was so kind and caring! There is something to be said about Bake the cookie shoppe and that is well done!

Average soft serve. Nothing stood out. Service is as lacking. Wasn’t greeted by counter gal with glasses nor by the owners who were also there. They did greet a lady who walked in and left without a purchase. Doubt I’ll come back. Shake Shack, Freddy’s and Culver’s has better ice cream.

Everything was ridiculously good ! We got the brownie Dubai chocolate, a cookie and one of the heart Dubai chocolate and this is one of the best I’ve tried so far. I will say the brownie was more on the hard side though, I don’t know if it was reheated wrong.

I would give more stars if I could because this place deserves them all! It offers the best cookie I have ever had. I’ve only been to the location in Downtown Summerlin, and the interior of the store is remarkably classy. The service is outstanding as well, JD, who helped us, was very welcoming and friendly.

Kuduko and JD ! Amazing servers who provided excellent customer service ! Welcomed us with open arms and offered samples as it was our first time trying these cookies. Also offered pup cups to our 4 lovely doggies. We mentioned that we noticed this brand with Galindo Group Real Estate. Might I say, the cookies were delicious, light, and so soft that it melts on your taste buds. They took great care of us ! Definitely won a lifetime customer. We’ll recommend anyone who loves cookies to….GET BAKE
