This self-serve restaurant is a gem. Good food in generous portions is offered at decent prices.
Staff is always welcoming and helpful.
The proximity to the interstate 84 is also a big plus.
The only thing not too impressive here is the dining room, which has room to improve in its cleanliness.
Also, the restaurant may want to consider reducing use of disposable plastics for eat-in orders.

It’s one of the best burrito places! The portions are huge for what you pay and its always delicious! They are like what moe’s used to be but better. I wish there was one in Western CT!

I have been here a hand full of times and Baja’s never disappoints. The food has always been on point and the person rolling the burritos does a really good job. Something noteworthy is that they’re guacamole is free and they have plantains which add a nice bit of sweetness.

Good service. Good food. Decent prices compared to other establishments in the area. We had pork burritos, enchiladas tacos and a bowl. Plenty of food and tasty. Fast service. Clean place. I would recommend getting food from this restaurant. Plenty of parking. Also the enchiladas were gluten free. You choose all your toppings similar to chipotle but tastier.

Food was good. Second time going, but this time I took it to go. I suggest getting the bowls and making your burrito at home. This way you can mix it up and have all the ingredients in each bite.

first time having it and i ended up getting a salad bowl. the chicken drenched my whole bowl and it became basically soup. churros weren’t even soft, crunchy. would’ve given little portions of nothing was said. kept getting stared at wrong as i was ordering.

Finally this place opened and the location is really good. The interior is really good and there is enough place to sit and eat some fresh Mexican food. The service is good. We did like the food here.
Shrimp salad bowl- 5/5 had enough shrimp in them and it was really fresh and nice to eat.
Chicken Quesadillas-4/5 -Chicken could be a little softer.
Tres leech- 4/5 could be a little juicer.

Literally just tried to get dinner here. Staff refused to speak with me. Staff refused to take my order. Waited for almost 10 minutes no line. The cashier would only speak with delivery drivers and when asked how to order I was ignored. Place looks good food that was being prepared for mobile orders looked nice. But no service for people trying to order in person. Literally another person is arguing with the cashier right now. I am going elsewhere for dinner

First time trying Baja. Stopped in close to 9 pm, and the restaurant had customers, was impressively clean, and the staff was very welcoming. The food prep stations were all filled with fresh ingredients and not low or bottom of the buckets, as you may get, as you may find at the end of the evenings. Ordered a rice bowl and it was big enough to feed 2 people for the evening! One of the best and fresh Pico de Gallo I’ve ever had!!
