Don’t waste your money! $18 for 2 tacos & 6 pieces of chips. The tacos are small, cold, dry meat, and no flavor at all! The consome was also cold with no flavor.

Food workers either are not trained on how to make the food or just don’t blatantly care about food safety. My daughter ordered the Baja shrimp tacos and I had the mahi mahi tacos. Mine was bland, no big deal. My daughter found 2 long black hair in your tacos! We were sitting next to nice lady and she was shocked. Probably lost her appetitive after that. I was very disappointed and it reinforced why eating at amusement parks can be unhealthy and dangerous. It took us 10minutes to order & additional 40minutes to receive our food. Tacos should never take that long & I should have known right then it was a bad restaurant. At $17 per plate this place is horrendous! I DO NOT recommend!!

Visited Baja Taqueria at Knott’s Berry Farm and was really disappointed by what I experienced. The same person who was working the cash register was also handling food without changing gloves or washing hands in between. I asked about it, and she said she was the only one working and had no choice but to do both roles at once. That alone is already a major red flag for food safety.
I spoke with the manager, Harvey, to express my concerns — and was shocked that he didn’t seem to care at all. No apology, no acknowledgment that this was a health violation, nothing. It was clear that hygiene and customer concerns are not priorities at this location.
Extremely disappointing for a place inside a major theme park. I won’t be eating here again, and I’d strongly advise others to be cautious.

Oh man, let me tell you about the best tacos of my life! Picture this: I was in Knotts Berry Farm, exploring the local food scene, when I stumbled upon this hidden gem called “Baja Taqueria.” The moment I took my first bite, I was transported to flavor paradise! The tortillas were warm and soft, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the toppings were fresh and vibrant. Each taco was a burst of deliciousness in my mouth! I tried their carne asada, al pastor, and even their vegetarian options, and let me tell you, they were all incredible. The flavors were so well-balanced, and I couldn’t get enough. If you ever find yourself in Knotts, absolutely have to check out Baja Taqueria. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
