Disgusting. I love Baja Fresh and have been going to locations since they opened but will NEVER go to this location again.
Watched the male cashier eat off the line without gloves, the food was flat out gross and they started closing at 6 pm. Please, let me spend 40 dollars on fast food to feel rushed out.
I havent been to any other BF in the Seattle area and while I always loved the food, there are enough Mexican grill type restaurants to sustain me. Avoid this one at all cost.

The place was dirty…The salsas looked horrible and were almost gone… i felt the cashier was rude and annoyed for me.Asking questions on what is what… the chips were super stale… The food might look good in the picture, but it didn’t taste good at all. The restaurant wasn’t very clean. Build up of filth near the salsa bar and just not neat and clean. The burritos we ordered were pretty good. The chips we received were stale. The salsas and guacamole were good. I’ve been to cleaner and better Baja fresh locations.

Cashier experience was ok. The cook seemed irritated. They chatted a lot, and didn’t seem to pay much attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not sure how they got an “Excellent” food score on the door. The salsa bar needed to be restocked and refreshed, and we had to ask for items that should’ve already been there. The limes looked old and brown. Food just wasn’t very good. Very mid. Was lukewarm, salsas did not taste fresh and had no flavor. Cashier handed us chips and had her bare hands touching the chips. A piece of steak tasted really old and bad so much so that I spat it out. Disgusting, almost threw up. Beans were extremely undercooked and hard. So hard that it caused my toothache to reactivate and hurt. Absolutely unacceptable. Food was just not good and disappointing. Would love a refund honestly.
Bathroom was gross! Absolutely disgusting. One was down and full of God knows what. No one tended to it. So down to one bathroom. The floor detail was absolutely disgusting and grimy. Looked like it hadn’t been mopped or scrubbed in ages. Caked up grime. Older looking bathroom needs to be remodeled. They need to be tending to it and not chatting so much. Only come here if in the area. Nothing about it would make me go out of my way to return. Unless you put more locations in other more accessible areas. Too busy of an intersection.

Happen to love places where I can see into the kitchen. Everything is fresh and tasty here. Salsa bar is great too. Prefer the shrimp salad with chili lime and their Wahoo fish taco combo. Friendly staff as well gets the 4 stars.

After a long stroll through IKEA we were hungry. There is ample parking, Masks Required, social distance inside seating. If you have never tried Baja Fresh for your Mexican Food Cravings i would highly recommend. Everything is afresh. Unfortunately the salsa bar is not open to grab your own. Remember to ask for up to 3 servings of salsa. Coke products .

Food is ok if you want Mexican and aren’t picky. The queso dip was super thin (like water) l. The combo entree doesn’t include a drink which was weird. But the tacos were ok and the rice/beans were ok. Based on my limited experience, I would be inclined to go to Quedoba, Chipotle, or Taco Bell instead. Their food is better and better value.

Had the Impossible Bowl. With a drink and tax it came out to $19. Yikes. But, it didn’t suck. Pretty good flavor on the “meat” and all the other fresh ingredients. Staff was great. Overall not too bad. Price will probably keep me as a very casual customer, but I would come back. Mostly recommended.
Limited experience here but all positive so far. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and professional. Will be back soon. Recommended.

The food was not that good it was cold I ate burrito último not warm. My wife had 2 shrimp tacos nit the best. The gentleman that help us at register was nice. But the environment was bit sad not to exciting for thr staff to be working and bathrooms needed key for use. Price we paid not worth $50…… hope this helps the workers
