Food is ok if you want Mexican and aren’t picky. The queso dip was super thin (like water) l. The combo entree doesn’t include a drink which was weird. But the tacos were ok and the rice/beans were ok. Based on my limited experience, I would be inclined to go to Quedoba, Chipotle, or Taco Bell instead. Their food is better and better value.

After a long stroll through IKEA we were hungry. There is ample parking, Masks Required, social distance inside seating. If you have never tried Baja Fresh for your Mexican Food Cravings i would highly recommend. Everything is afresh. Unfortunately the salsa bar is not open to grab your own. Remember to ask for up to 3 servings of salsa. Coke products .

I grew up going to the location in Everett and was so sad when they moved on. Now I’ve made it my favorite pitstop whenever coming down to go to IKEA. I order on the app, but it’s always ready to go on time and most of the employees I’ve interacted with have been super friendly. I can’t speak for authentic, but I do know that I love what they have and wouldn’t stop visiting unless they closed down shop. Thanks for a great experience!

This place is great, but they really only want you for lunch. Came at 5:30 once and the salsa bar was already put away and one of the doors was locked. They didn’t close until 8.

Happen to love places where I can see into the kitchen. Everything is fresh and tasty here. Salsa bar is great too. Prefer the shrimp salad with chili lime and their Wahoo fish taco combo. Friendly staff as well gets the 4 stars.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was slightly above average Mexican/American fare. Nothing stood out as different from other fast food chain restaurants. Dining room was a bit chilly, temperature outside was about 40°F and they had four or five ceiling fans running at high speed.

My favorite is the burrito Ultimo enchilado style. I wish they still had a restaurant in Bellevue. There used to be one on Bellevue Way and one in Overlake Bellevue but those are gone. Hopefully someday they will bring Baja Fresh back to Bellevue. For now the occasional visit when I happen to be in Kent will have to do…

Wow! Never been here before. Ordered a ground beef bean and rice burrito with added avocado. My daughter ordered the Cortez bowl. 37 bucks..burrito came with no avocado..just beans rice little steak pieces. Not ground beef. The blandest burrito I have ever ate plus it did not come the way I ordered. Good grief. Taco bell so much better. Just saying. But we should have got the hint …we were the only 2 customers in there. So disappointing. Will never go to this again! Also rude waitress did not help!
