DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! I recently ate at this store and not only was the food not good but it gave me horrible food poisoning! When I reported it to the store it was disregarded and every possible excuse was thrown at me instead of looking at what might have gone wrong. We couldn’t even get a call back by an actual manager It’s not worth the risk everyone, protect yourself and eat elsewhere!

I never write reviews but in this case I have to. I got incredibly sick with food poisoning after eating a chicken bowl here. I was throwing up for hours and had diarrhea a few hours after eating had a bowl and their street corn. The food was disgusting, flavorless, overpriced and made me ill for 48 hours afterwards. I couldn’t even finish half of it and it was more than $30 for a single person. Will never be back.

I love Mexican food & have been many places in the area.
First of let’s talk about the price, I bought a burrito which came to $12. Most places are 1/2 the price. I ordered the carnitas, and it was bland, had hardly any flavor at all.
The meat to rice ratio was strange 9, 90% rice and 10% meat.
Seems way overpriced for a dish that tasted like school lunch food. Not recommended.
The only good thing was the friendly staff.

Took my Mom here for lunch and had a great experience! Food was fresh and delicious! The staff was so nice, and made sure we had everything we needed, thanks!!!

Where’s the shrimp$$ 6.00 and tiny shrimp ? or 2 shrimp in my shrimp tacos. The lady was kind enough to make me a new one. I saved my shrim from 1 taco and added it to my newly made one. Very disappointed yet again.

Haven’t been back since 2021 and my husband ordered our dinner. Instead of making my food (I had dietary restrictions) they accidentally made mine with the same ingredients as my husbands. My husband double checked and thankfully noticed that they made a mistake and politely asked that they fix it. He was not rude nor did he mind the 10 minutes they spent in the back, he tipped them as well. The person came back out tossed the bag on the counter for him to leave with instead of handing it to him, which he was literally within arms reach. My husband thanked them and drove the hour home. He got home just to find out they gave him back the original mistaken order… I called and asked we at least be refunded as we would be in another state until the next week and Carlos told us that we’d have to return the entire meal for a refund. I told him I don’t have a refrigerator and he said that’s not his problem. I felt so upset and on the verge of going Karen mode I felt bad I hate being rude to customer service. I was ready to return it moldy and all, but instead I was just so angry I fully wasted that food. My husband didn’t even eat either, that’s how upset he was after the entire experience. He tried to make sure I was taken care of and they still messed up after catching the mistake so he felt bad. It all over was a terrible experience and to this day I still feel it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had after all this time. I just will not be returning to this location ever again, maybe not the franchise ever either.

I ordered the steak bowl and although the portion was large I did not care for it. The steak was just okay. At the bottom of my bowl there was so much liquid it was not appetizing. It was my first experience so I may try again another time.

Love this place. The food is always really good, staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been going to Baja Fresh for over 20 years in another state, I’m so glad we have one in Medford. If you’ve never been here, at least give it a try!

Everything is super fresh I like the layout of the restaurant and the employees are real friendly lots of healthy options they have a salsa bar with a variety of freshly made salsas located in the tinseltown area it’s very handicap accessible

Asked for no cheese no sour cream. I got both. My brothers tacos were barely warm. Both our drinks (which were different) tasted a bit off. Overheard others having issues as well. Will not be going back. Will not be recommending to anyone. Stick with mucho gusto, Chipotle or even Taco Bell.
