I ordered a catering order for a team of people last night. I have done this before and it was great, but last night I did not have a good experience. I paid $135 for this meal and the service I received was not good. When I got there my order was on the counter. It was not bagged up. I told the guy I was here for my catering order and he said here is a bag and threw the bag at me. The order was not done and the guy that was “helping me” just basically ignored me. The salsas were dripping all over the counters and the paper bag they put them in ripped. Before I could ask any questions the guy went behind the counter and started talking to the cook. I tried to get his attention but he just ignored me. I paid a lot for food there and didn’t get the service I deserved. The owner did reach out to me, and I greatly appreciate that!

Stopped in for a quick bite and left disappointed. The staff felt disengaged—almost like they didn’t want to be there—which made the visit uncomfortable. My burrito was mostly rice and beans with very little flavor. Overall, not the quality I expect from Baja Fresh. I won’t be returning to this particular location.

On dec 14th both the door sign and the website stated this location closes at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:18 PM, well before closing time, and found the restaurant already closed doors locked and, and no notice posted.

This isn’t a small inconvenience. Customers rely on posted business hours when planning their evening. Closing early without updating your hours or even posting a sign is unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful.

If this location can’t honor its own hours, then those hours should be changed immediately. Don’t waste people’s time and gas because of poor management.

This was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning. Others should be aware that the posted hours clearly cannot be trusted.

Love the food. Like everywhere , prices on certain things have gone up and it’s been hard to accept. Love the shrimp salad, but shocked at the $20 price tag with small drink for fast food

I come here frequently using gift cards from Costco. The food is fresh and the tacos are on par with sit-down places that charge double. The staff is friendly – usually I get waited on by Venessa who is very nice and efficient. My only complaint is that the ambiance isn’t great. Otherwise a good choice.

Loved Baja Fresh!
Everything was always so fresh and yummy! I was excited to visit this location (at 2:30pm on a Tuesday), since I started working in the area. Sadly the experience was not good, I ordered a Baja bowl and the food was not fresh, the order was ready in 15 seconds. The vegetables were extremely over cooked and the the chicken they added on top was then topped off with a green onion sauce, with far to many onions. The bowl was 75% rice and beans, 20% overcooked veggies/onions and 5% chicken which I couldn’t eat as it was slathered in raw onions. So sad, I’m crying inside as I wanted it to be a regular spot I would visit, I won’t be back.

First time in a Baja Fresh….and last. Asked about just a steak bowl with a little cheese (for my dog) and the person at the counter just said their baja bowl which usually comes with beans, rice, etc., but since i didnt want any of that and was going to be charges $14 anyways, i asked if they could do a little more steak since everything else was opted out. They said normally they dont but would thus time. (And I wasnt asking for the bowl to be filled with steak, either, just asked for a little extra). After paying, and I tipped as well. (I drive doordash and just spent evrrything I had made up to that point at that restaurant. And I get screwed out of tips a lot, but thats another subject.) While waiting, she kept looking over at me and talking to the cook in Spanish making it obvious the discussion was about me and probably the tip i left. When the order was ready, she just tossed in on the counter and said “Sir,cypur order is ready” then went back to talking to the cook. Got out to my car and was giving my dog the bowl and there was a little bit of steak and a bowl filled with cheese. Unbelieveable! I was ticked off but was going to let it go. Then I go for my burrito, looking through the bag for a FORK, she only put a spoon in it. She know what the order was and just to be spiteful, just put in a spoon. At that I went back in and asked if they had forks and she played stupid and asked “didnt i put one in?” “No, just a spoon, but you already knew that.” Then hands over 5 forks. First time, and last time i will EVER visit Baja Fresh!!

This Baja Fresh location has upped their game and is now my go-to Baja Fresh (also closest to home). The restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly, and my order is always ready for pickup. Parking is plentiful and easy with a couple express spots close to the door. I consider Baja Fresh to be steps up from fast food. I specifically enjoy their many fish options (grilled and fried Wahoo, shrimp) and freshness of their salads. Price is reasonable, especially with one able to select their own salsas and included tortilla chips.

5/6/25 Edit: we went back for a taco Tuesday meal and the new cashier was much more pleasant to deal with, the tacos deal was great so we’ll be going back more often.

The cashier seemed pretty surly tonight. My wife and I ordered one burrito each to go, she doesn’t do dairy, so she asked them to hold the sour cream and cheese and substitute guacamole. I asked for the same burrito but with everything. When we got home, we discovered neither burrito had cheese or sour cream, and no guacamole either. They just weren’t what we were looking forward to. The cashier didn’t put the receipt in the bag so kinda hard to call and complain. Used to be a good place but we’ll just stay away from there in the future.
