This is my favorite location. The staff are always so helpful and sweet. The ladies that work the counter always have a smile on their face and are so kind. The food always tastes amazing and fresh. The cooks do an amazing job.

Awful food. $6 for very small luke warm (if that) bowl of tortilla soup. Not much chicken. Mostly broth. Flavor ok. Nothing special. Wish I had tasted before I left a tip. And for what? I ordered at the counter, picked up my food at the counter and bussed my own table. I will never waste my money here again. Plus cooks and counter constantly yelling. Very noisy environment.

There is nothing wrong with the atmosphere. But to get a 5 star on the atmosphere there would need to be a view or something. This is a fast food restaurant. So it is what it is.

Sylvia gets the silver medal for doing closing tasks early! 7:30 on taco Tuesday with 9 customers in the store mopping, breaking down salsa bar, rolling up rugs, etc. Smells of pinesole Rosa. I know she wanted the gold cuz the disgusted look on her face says it all.

I ordered 4 Baja fish taco combos and specifically said they should all be fried and battered (Baja style) not grilled. When I got home with the order noticed NOT ONE one of them were fried, they were all grilled, but not only that the fish itself was super dry and overcooked and not fresh tasting at all and each strip of fish was like the equivalent of a single fish stick. It was very disappointing. Also baja fish tacos are traditionally supposed to come with a crema based sauce… that was also missing.

Baja Fresh on Terwillger! Ate a few times here already. The bowls are pretty good! We caught a fly once. Lol! Salsa are really good service is fast…. great lunch!

Taco salad had less ingredients by far than usual. Almost 1/2 as much as have received from other locations and this location in the past. Smaller shrimp also. Good cost are higher for restaurants, but charging more for roughly 1/2 as much food is just sad. Service was excellent though and the ingredients included were still fresh.

I hadn’t eaten at a Baja Fresh in over 15 years and I wish I hadn’t. We ate here on July 4th because many places were closed. We probably should have turned around when there was a sign that said their fryer was broken. They had their salsa bar sitting on a rolling cart instead of in a chilled stand.
I ordered a Tostada salad and my wife got their Baja Ensalada. We both had chicken. Immediately, we were surprised with as many different ingredients in each dish, how could it be completely flavorless? The lettuce had unchopped stalk ends, the chicken tasted like char, the pico de gallo was mushy and the guacamole was brown.
I suppose we shouldn’t have eaten it once we got it home, but we did out of hunger and almost instantly regretted it. But grateful that our home has 3 bathrooms. I do not recommend eating here or any location. It is NOT fresh.
