Horrible food!! None of the food items had any flavor, such as the taco fillings, rice, or the black beans. I had to literally submerge my order in salsa to add any decency. Ironically, the location has a sign that implies they use fresh ingredients, but I don’t beliebe that for one second. The mango salsa was made with a mango preserves from a grocery store-bought jar, and also substandard cashier service,….the lady employee gave no greeting or smile upon entering the restaurant, she appeared bothered that she had customers to tend to. There were spills and paper scraps scattered on their floors too. I will not be returning here anytime soon.

This was my first time ordering from the Palo Alto location, since my usual location has gone WAY downhill. Hands down, this was the absolute BEST in a long time! I will actually go out of my way (over 35 minutes) to go back to this specific location again…. The order was perfect, the food was packed very well, and the food was fresh, moist and delicious!!! We even received a good/ fair amount of tortilla chips without having to ask!
On a Side Note: At my old location, if you wanted one extra tiny bag of tortilla chips, you are looked at like you are crazy, then are told it’s an extra charge of $5!! The food was usually good there, but the customer service was absolutely awful!! Even worse, I’m not the first person to be highly disappointed by them.
To sum it up, this Baja Fresh location in Palo Alto hit it out of the park!! A huge THANK YOU goes out to them for being so outstanding!!! Please don’t stop doing what you do!!

Used to love coming here food was good and convenient, but they have become very very greedy and careless. The last two times I came in they told me I could get no more than 3 sauce packets and even when I made 4 orders of burritos they still limited me to 3 sauces which is really unfair. It just seems so gross to me that the food is so expensive and this is a chain restaurant with probably hundreds of millions of dollars and they can’t afford to give more than three sauce packets, while family owned restaurants would give you free chips and salsa with no thought. it’s greedy and disgusting.

Incredibly rude worker, only allow three sauces even though we were two people and had two orders. A single person behind us was also got three sauces. This use to be a great place my friends and family use to go here but now they are extremely greedy. Bought a veggie burrito and it only had beans and cheese. I wouldnt spend a single cent here again. You have lost so many customers bc of ur greed and treating customers so poorly. Your food is terrible too now.

Had a pickup order and the experience was good. Food was prepared on time. Quality was good as well. Seating area was ample with clean tables and salsa bar. Parking was a bit short in the complex during dinner time. I would recommend this location.

We ordered chicken fajita and roasted veggies burrito. Everything was fresh, good quantity and tasty. They also provide fresh chips on the side. Good experience with service, the staff was kind and kept the restaurant open for 10 minutes after closing time.

I arrived at 8:30PM yesterday and the doors were locked even though it’s supposed to close at 9PM. Two employees just looked at me and one laughed. What a bunch of clowns. This is totally unacceptable.
