Since 2021, we’ve been known across the Rio Grande Valley for our famous Baja-style fish tacos, crispy shrimp tacos, gourmet seafood sandwiches, loaded fries, and fresh, made-to-order creations. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients and our signature house-made sauces, delivering bold flavor you won’t forget. From indulgent lobster sandwiches to crave-worthy late-night seafood, we bring a true taste of the California coast to South Texas. We’re open every day from 6–10 PM, with late-night hours until 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, making us the go-to food truck for dinner and late-night eats. Nobody in Texas does California-style

I started coming to Baja Fist Tacos before I ever worked here and it’s honestly because the food stood out right away. The fish tacos are crispy and flavorful. The shrimp is always cooked perfectly and the sauce is really make everything hit. Everything taste is fresh not greasy and the portions are solid. I usually go straight for the grilled options, and Baja Fish Tacos does them right. The grilled lobster taco is unreal — tender, flavorful, and actually tastes fresh, not overcooked or drowned in sauce. The surf and turf taco is another favorite because it’s filling without being heavy, and everything just works together. If you’re into quality seafood tacos and want something beyond the basics, this food truck in McAllen is definitely worth checking out.
