We had a fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant and were truly impressed. The entire place is beautifully decorated and delivers exactly what it promises – authentic Mexican atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the first moment.

The food was simply amazing – an absolute highlight and full of flavor. The nachos, guacamole, and salsa were fresh and delicious, and everything we ordered was outstanding. The margaritas were excellent as well: great taste, generous portions, and definitely worth the money.

Considering the current overall rating of 3.8, I can honestly say that our visit didn’t reflect that at all. For us, it was a clear recommendation. If you’re in the area, you should definitely go – they are doing a great job here. Highly recommended!

This has been and will always be the best Mexican restaurant ever! Love this food and the new owner is doing the best job! I’ve been coming here since 1989. I drive from Riverton to come up here to eat! I love their chili verde!

We got some take out from here on a Friday night. Overall the food was good. We got some fajitas, they forgot the tortillas. We got a couple of quesadillas and they were good. The guac was good.

Nachos were burnt. I ordered lettuce wraps and it was shrimp on sticks on top of lettuce and you make your wrap which is more the size of tacos. It was more like make your own shrimp tacos. This place used to be top notch and tradition. But I don’t think we’ll be back. Used to have homemade salsa and it’s definitely store bought. The chips came out on a paper basket you serve a hot dog on. I mean this really isn’t the worded place. It’s just not worth the price like it used to be.

Being from California, Mexican food choices are plentiful; so we know good quality. I thought the food at Baja Cantina was authentic, delicious, and generously portioned for the price. The service was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was warm and homey.
I don’t do a lot of reviews but I definitely recommend this place for a family dinner and right in the village.

Overall, this place is pretty good if you want some Mexican food! The chips & salsa were great, and the service was awesome. We didn’t have to wait at all to be seated. The food was just okay in my opinion (my husband really liked it though). It’s definitely a Tex-Mex style, if you like that. While this isn’t a restaurant I’m in a hurry to return to, I still had a good experience here and did leave satisfied. It’s an easy place to eat at after riding the Alpine Slide!

The food had good flavor, but the service was absolutely horrible and ruined the entire experience.

Our waitress, Ale was extremely rude and messed up multiple orders. My dad is gluten free and ordered fajitas with corn tortillas, but every tortilla had holes in the middle and was unusable. When he politely asked for new ones, she told him it was “either flour or none,” even after he explained he cannot eat flour. She showed no concern at all.

My mom asked for tacos with only meat and tortillas, but they were brought out with everything on them. Someone else’s fajitas were not well done as requested, and my friend ordered ranch that was never brought out. And when someone asked for something on the kids menu the waitress also very rudely replied no.

When we tried to address these issues, Ale threw her hands up and had a nasty, unprofessional attitude. We eventually asked for the manager, who was kind and tried to help by bringing new tortillas and offering an 8% discount. While appreciated, the service before that was unacceptable.

Good food does not make up for terrible service. This was a one-star experience and we will not returning.

Both waitresses that we had were not very friendly or attentive to ordering. One plate due to food allergies came to the table with cheese(ordered just meat and tortilla) and both order of fajitas came out with hard crunchy veggies when they were ordered well done. They didn’t want to help the situation to make it right. Luckily the manager saved the meal and made everything right. Just a bummer that the service wasnt good. However the food tasted amazing despite the service!

We had a great time eating here as a family. The flautas were so yummy! We didn’t wait long for a table. There were options for my kids.
