Four stars for great service coupled with the food truck ambiance and seating. But, I was recommended to try the salmon by the guy manning the food truck. To my dismay, the salmon was dry. I was told the other item off the menu I ordered for a friend which I could not remember was the same, nothing to write home about. Although, her and I agree that they have huge hot and fresh serving. Be wary, the packaging is flimsy. But, will come back, give it another shot and try other items on the menu.

Quite possibly worst Thai food I’ve had. We ordered couple items. We each took couple bites and ended up tossing it. So much salt yet no flavor. It was awful.

Tonight I was greeted by a friendly face when I picked up my order that was placed via Grubhub. I placed two orders of the crispy chicken and when I arrived to the food truck, I was immediately greeted and informed that my order would be ready in a couple minutes. Food is consistently good here (been coming here since 2020). Highly recommend this location for a quick pickup order.

terrible Pad Thai chicken and red curry chicken here some of the chicken was raw, are they freezing the food and simply reheating? pad Thai flavor was sour and red curry was too spicy hot even though only two stars requested. Pad Thai made me sick the next day, if you know what I mean, eeewwww!

Ordered pad see ew with tofu. Was printed on the receipt, tofu, and came with chicken. The only veggies in the dish was “Chinese broccoli” however no florets, only stems? For 17.50… and a food truck, I was unable to return the item and/or refund/correct dish. Next time I will inspect before leaving!

I absolutely love the flavor of the food from this Thai food truck, and I’ve ordered from them several times. The dishes are always so delicious. However, I’ve noticed that every time I eat from here, I end up feeling incredibly sick afterward! I get a really bad headache and feel very dizzy and numb throughout my entire body, which is frustrating because I love Thai food and eat it regularly elsewhere without any issues. It’s not an MSG allergy since I don’t have a problem with that in other dishes. There must be something in their ingredients that my body reacts to, so unfortunately, I can’t continue eating from here. It’s a shame because the food is fantastic, but I just can’t handle the after-effects.

This is easily the best Thai food on Mercer Island. Their menu is somewhat limited but they do everything well. The service is quick and the food is good. If you arrive during business hours and no one is in the truck, ring the bell on the counter. It is take-away only (no seating). Great food, friendly staff. Love this place!

Ordered pot stickers, spring rolls, and pad si lew from them. The pot stickers were absolutely amazing, and the spring rolls were pretty good. The pot stickers came with a thick sauce, different than most places, that was pretty awesome.
The pad si lew, on the other hand, I couldn’t finish. The noodles were stuck together in big lumps, with no sauce in the middle. I couldn’t easily separate them, resulting in giant lumps of unflavored dough. I felt bad tossing half the tray, but it really wasn’t made right.
