Been going to Baileys Smokehouse for years. First time in the New City location. We had a birthday party there and have heard nothing but positive things from our guests. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by my experience here. Let’s start from the beginning. I’m used to someone getting you when you arrive and giving you menus. That didn’t happen. There was a foul smell near the kitchen. When I received my soda it was flat. I asked if I can get another soda from a different fountain I was told that basically all of the soda fountains are flat. It’s a shame because the food was good, but my overall experience was not a good one. There are so many other good food options in this area that I most likely won’t return.

Delicious BBQ and courteous staff! Everything from the ribs to the brisket, pulled pork and more is top notch. The sides are perfection too, and there are so many options available. Pickup is fast and convenient. I recommend Baileys to friends and colleagues all the time, and they always thank me once they’ve tasted the food.

First off I have to start and say catfish is one of my favorite meals when I’m eating out so making this particular dish right is important I Have eaten here before, but today I must say this catfish was especially good. The vegetables were made beautifully and it was delicious and there was no seasoning, but it was the best blanched vegetable I’ve had in a long time. The macaroni was made to perfection the right amount of cheese and the right amount of seasoning. I even called to let them know how happy I was with the food. I got to talk to the chef to let him know how much I appreciate him. I was super emotional this morning and all I wanted was a really good meal and that’s what I got with Bailey’s I feel whether you eat in Or eat out, The three choices that I have chosen to eat today, will not be disappoint you. Thank you to the cool staff that checked me out With ease and smiles, she had stickers on her face With a beautiful personality, Answered all my questions and gave me an extra sauce. The meal comes with two pieces of catfish, but look at the size of that thing. It’s a really satisfying meal.
