Great family restaurant in the heart of Cave City. Although this restaurant is known for their prestigious best hamburger award 2024, I settled for the delicious hot roast beef sandwich. The roast was tender and flavorful partnered with the mashed potatoes and gravy, it was an old fashioned family reunion in my mouth. I highly recommend Baileys.

Went there for the 1st time today. Kept hearing they had the best cheeseburgers in town. Let me tell ya, I got the double burger caveman burger. The burgers are off the chain!! Service was fantastic, We greatly enjoyed dining here. The picture is what was left, I couldn’t finish it, I took it home. Again, I would greatly recommend Bailey’s for your dining pleasure.

Complete honesty and it’s gonna hurt….. I’ve been looking forward to trying the food that beat the train car and meme’s burgers as a food guy and cook I can’t believe I got served rotten food non seasoned beef and bad service . I ordered a mushroom Swiss and fry’s my daughter the chicken tenders and my son double bacon burger. to start with the mushroom Swiss I’d like to say no flavor but the taste of rotten mushrooms was crazy never frozen beef ? But it tasted like Walmart beef in the tube the buns were fine but you can do better than a basic bun you get from dollar store . Cheese was ….. how can you screw it up? Crazy basic and I made it home and lost my lunch and got sick 3 times my daughters chicken tenders were small over cooked and had no flavor OTHER than old fryer veg oil . Ive never seen my kid not finish her food the green beans tasted like you used brown sugar spiral cut ham and threw it in a pot together grandmas proud recipe not bad could be better . The bacon on the burger come on guys floppy thin basic no seasoning you order a bacon burger you want bacon not turkey bacon im 100% never coming back and im 100% sure you guys are cheating some how to win with this poor excuse of dog food I got served rotten! Health department was called and please see pictures below don’t mind the comparison picture I’ll stick to Jesse’s and meme’s .stop serving food before you kill someone ! Clearly some connection to local mob if you win with serving this coff coff beef council from what I’ve been told I’ve never been made sick from a local food place before now ….very upset can someone tell me why yall pay for this when you can have this “see pictures below “ guess who’s is baileys and who’s not I want my money back ! I did enjoy the sweet tea !

I’d not been to Baileys since it moved to Cave City, but was sure glad to see that the food is still good solid comfort food served in ample portions by friendly staff. I had chicken fried steak which was batter dipped but not too much and not too little. It was exactly what I was looking for on a dreary, rainy night and it fit the bill perfectly. The flavor was delicious the gravy on top was flavorful without distracting from it with fresh mashed potatoes as a side. If you don’t do anything else, order the green beans. I’m not quite sure what goes on with those green beans, perhaps a touch of honey? But my friend and I just looked at each other and said at the same time “how about those green beans?”
I could have had a bowl of those by themselves but then I would not have wanted to miss out on my chicken fried steak. Our server was delightful young lady, friendly knowledgeable, attentive without being overly so. A couple of people stop by the table just to check and see how things were and I noticed them stopping at different tables with varying degrees of conversation but I can tell there’s a lot of regulars in the place and I can see why. Definitely a return spot.

Quick stop for supper traveling through. Had the barbeque loaded baked potato and a side of their sweet beans. Both really hit the spot! Good home cooking. Beats the chain and fast food joints by a country mile. Very satisfied customer.

It’s pretty awesome that they sell a 2 lb burger with bacon and cheese, but it’s even better that they offer a SECOND 2lb patty for just a little more!
The beef is good quality, and they did not skimp on the cheese and bacon. There must’ve been a whole package of bacon on this thing!

Bailey’s. What can I say? If you are reading this review to see if you need to head to the little town of Cave City and try this place…you should have already been in your car on the way!
I recently had the pleasure of dining with my family at Bailey’s on a Saturday night and I must say, it was an absolute delight. This unassuming little eatery is a true gem tucked away in the heart of Cave City!
From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each one more tempting than the last.
Right now, they have been recognized for a Caveman Burger, but I opted for the five piece Catfish Dinner, and it was simply divine. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the fish was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My family all ordered different dishes-the Chicken Fried Chicken, Chicken Fried Steak, Brisket Dinner, and the Ribeye-and they all raved about them as well.
If you are looking for a truly great dining experience, I suggest you travel to Cave City and I highly recommend Bailey’s Restaurant. It’s a place where you can savor delicious food, enjoy great company, and create lasting memories.

I’m a hamburger lover,I’ll eat it over a steak any day of the week. There’s no flavor or seasoning to these burgers. The only thing you taste is unseasoned hamburger and whatever sides you put on it. Another thing,they have a book at the register for all Veterans to sign thanking them for thier services but do not offer any military discount. My entire family will not be back.
