When I get take out there’s something skipped or not achieved. I hesitate to order take out. Always get pad si U (wide rice noodles with broccoli and I usually get chicken and 3 stars). When I have picked up it has like 2 pieces of broccoli OR tiny fragments of left over noodles and last time, zero spice. Not sure if that’s just on take out orders but we don’t know till we get home so it’s always trusting it will be like dine in? Happened a lot to us with medium quality take out

I ordered some food to go, and the food was okay. What we found hilarious was the side order of rice we requested; it came in a tiny plastic bag. See the photo.

It’s been a while since I’ve been addicted to a food. This pad thai is out of this world. 10/10 every single time

I ordered online I ordered the larb gai salad it had great flavor It was dry as a bone, and I ordered the tom ka soup that is absolutely delicious but they delivered it with no silverware so here I sit in my hotel room eating with my fingers dry larb gai… And sipping soup without having substance without putting my figures in it. When I request silverware twice in my order, maybe you should actually add it?!

Sticky gummy food, slow, grumpy old staff, food service delivery drivers standing in the way of patrons, not going to return.

Most certainly the worst Thai food I have had in Seattle. Tofu, chicken and beef dry and stale in various dishes. Seemed like dishes were prepared 2 days ago. Nothing seemed fresh. Avoid.

food quality has always been decent but so extremely overpriced. Can’t believe I paid 5$ for less than a cup of rice.

The food was terrible. The soup tasted spoiled, was dark, dark red and crazy oily. All of the food was flavorless. I would absolutely stay away from this place. I thought it might be related to Bai Tong on Capitol Hill (which is good). This location is a ghost kitchen that is putting out an awful experience.

There are several key notes for a great restaurant and Bai Tong hits them all. My family has been filling our tummies with delicious flavorful food from this place for the last year and look forward to eating from Bai Tong in the future. Each dish is unique and full of wonder and I highly recommend Bai Tong cuisine to anyone with wanting to try something exciting. Keep up the good work and thank you for the memories

Sincerely xiao

This restaurant only offers takeout downstairs. You can place orders online in advance, and the food is prepared quickly. The prices are slightly higher compared to similar restaurants. The Pad Sei-lew is not tasty, with a strange bitter taste resembling a medicinal flavor. However, the Crispy Garlic Chicken, a sweet and spicy fried chicken dish, is delicious. The Bai Tong Special Fried Rice is tasty, and I would repurchase it. The Pineapple Fried Rice is average, with a mild flavor, sour pineapple, and not much different from regular egg fried rice. It’s not as delicious as other Thai restaurants, and I wouldn’t repurchase it. The Stir-fried Thai Basil, a spicy stir-fry with diced beef, is very tasty. According to my Thai friends, the Fresh Rolls are a classic breakfast item, with two rolls in one dish, and they are delicious.
