This place has been our go to place dining in or takeout favorite. They are very clean. The food is on point every time. Some of our favorites are the pho, Banh mi sandwiches and vermicelli/rice bowl. Their portions are generous. We only had some difficulty few times with take out order as some staff are not fluent in English. We have done team lunches and frequent takeouts.

One of my favorites in Hoboken. It’s not a huge space, it’s a no frills kind of spot, but the food is so good. The quality to price ratio is what bumps this up to high on my list of Hoboken food spots. Also they have a separate section for vegetarians on their menu (always appreciated).
I’ve come here multiple times and my favorites are the Bahn Mi and the pho. Side note: the Pad Thai was spicy when we ordered it (it was delicious!! just an fyi for those with a low spice tolerance bc it wasn’t indicated on the menu).

Ambiance is nice, could use some music maybe better artwork. Menu at a glance very easy to read, self explanatory. Prices are really fair in my opinion.
There might be a slight language barrier depending your server but that’s always a good sign.
If anything our waiteress came off a bit rude which if the food is AMAZING, then that’s that but if the food is just BASIC well….
I’m here w my partner and while i wait, i ordered about 4 out of the 6 appetizers that they have here.
The other was a salad (not very interesting if you ask me) and then the summer role, didn’t really peak my interest.
From the Bahn Mi aka the sandwiches i ordered the smoke brisket one, it sounded the best. The special…. not a fan of the idea of a “patty” baguette right now and didn’t want a grilled sandwich either.
Have yet to order our mains, the most exciting part!
And we will not be ordering from the vegetarian menu this time. Depending how the night goes i’ll let you know whether or not this is a MUST-GO-TO in hoboken or simply a place to visit if you find the time.
Some plates have just arrived!
Crab spring Roll TO DIE FOR! Turned it into a lettuce wrap, added sriracha and chili oil along with the duck sauce for an extra kick, and let me just say i need 20 more!
So many negative reviews as well on the Bahn Mi but as my partner put it “people don’t know what they’re talking about”, perfect amount of meat and the bread is crunchy like a cuban sandwich! Has a sweet and savory bbq flavor to it, me being me i just had to add some spice! Base on my conclusion my partner was right not stale at all, it’s pretty good! STOP, dip it in the sweet fish sauce IT TASTE SENSATIONAL, like those episode of food wars where they taste the MC cooking!
The VIETNAMESE GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS, LORD TAKE ME NOW, IT WAS HEAVEN SENT! WISH THERE WAS MORE OF A CRUNCH BUT THE FLAVOR WAS AMAZING.
And let’s just say my partner and I are a bit of a connoisseur with wings, we’ve traveled to the city and other place all around just for them and these were pretty dam good, that you have to come here just for the wings!
For a drink choice i got a peach sparking and it’s so flavorful! You can really taste the peach, i’m not much of a seltzer drinker cause it tend to hurt my throat but it was fizzy enough for even someone like me to enjoy.
Now onto the mains, i got the special pho and my partner got the make your own pho w rare beef. We both added extra extra chili oil for spice, the veggies, some basil and lime! AND WHEN I SAY YUMMY, my tummy agrees!
Our final appetizer came out the ribs, we did have to reorder them cause she forgot to put it in but def worth the wait! They’re, “finger licking good”, the sauce that’s on them is so good, and flavorful you don’t even need to add anything to it, we did lettuce wrapped them and thought rice would be a good side w them if anything. My partner said it was the perfect amount of fat/meat ratio and i hav to agree.
I wasn’t really feeling dessert this time around especially since we were getting beers after this but so far the meal is a 5 out of 5.
Service i’ll have to give them a 3.8
Bill was around $98 for ALL THE FOOD WE GOT AND I GAVE AN EXTRA $12 for the tip. Would’ve given more if she was bit nicer.

Is this a MUST GO TO place in hoboken, i wouldn’t necessarily say so. BUT if you’re in the mood for any kind of vietnamese food this is probably your best bet at authentic food with an angry little Vietnamese lady aggressively gesturing at you, THEN YOU FOUND YOUR PLACE!

Still can’t get over the food, it’s been 4 days and I’m still thinking about it. This place is so underrated! Every dish felt like it was made with care, and all my customizations were done perfectly.

The veggies were super fresh and high quality. The lotus salad was unique and refreshing, and the banh mi had soft bread with incredibly juicy meat.

Also loved how many veggie options they had. Honestly, this meal made me feel like I’m ready for a Vietnam country tour

Definitely going back. Highly recommend!

Best authentic Vietnamese food in Hoboken and Jersey city for sure!! The Bun Bo Hue and pho are very flavorful and not filled with oils/ artificial flavorings. You can really tell they put love into their food and let the broth simmer the flavors through. The salads and summer rolls are also used with fresh ingredients. Prices are reasonable to the portion sizes they serve. This is definitely a great addition and a staple for Asian food in the area! Must try!

Found two tiny styrofoam balls (yes I confirmed they are squishy) in my Special Dac Biet pho (take-out order) today; most likely from the packaging of the bean sproats mixed in with the sauce bags? I’ve ordered from here 4x now. Pho is consistently good.

Genuinely the best pho broth I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. Also the best meat I’ve ever had IN pho. I got the grilled meat pho in their 48 hours broth with the beef, it was unreal!! Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved everything we shared: the sandwich, rice and 3 color dessert. Everything was tasty and at a great price! It looks like a small business, so please be mindful and supportive! If you expect a fast service because you are in a rush, this is not the place. This place is for mindful & delightful experience. The girl working there is very nice and kind! The service, food and experience are absolutely worth it! We loved it and will come back for the noodles!

Decided to check out the new Vietnamese place in Hoboken, and loved it! Wonderful waitress who was so excited we were enjoying the food. We ordered summer rolls with shrimp. Best I’ve had in a while- the peanut sauce was particularly good. We also ordered fried spring rolls which came with the green leaves and sauce with chili to dip. We split the chicken and vermicelli entree and left stuffed! Would 100% return there!
