I found this place driving back home on a roadtrip looking for a matcha fix. We ended up ordering the bulgogi beef, pistachio matcha and lumpia, it was all incredible! I highly recommended eating here. The matcha was delicious, we’ll definitely be coming back here again.

The few times I’ve eaten here, the food has also been good. I ordered the Lechon on the side (cook to order) and I got a 2 choice. I got the teriyaki chicken with pork adobo and garlic rice. Food was amazing. Being from Guam it reminds me of the Filipino restaurants back home. We dined in and it was clean so that’s a big plus for me. Service was also great too. We’ll be back soon! Highly recommended!!

The food is good, usually go for the lumpia for a quick snack. The Chicken Pancit is really good, same with the Beef Yakisoba. This place needs a better location to become more popular. It’s easy to miss when you go shopping at the old Albertsons.

Get the veggie lumpia and garlic fried rice with the grilled or fried golden pampano. Add soy sauce to the vinegar and dip your fish in the mixed sauce and have it with the garlic fried rice. It’s amazing. The noodles were okay but the garlic fried rice was better with the veggie lumpia.

Food is no longer pre-made and ready to go so eating here for lunch is no longer an option because orders take too long. I love this place and this is disappointing. I’ll continue to get via doordash for dinner….but never again for lunch.

Love me some Bahay Kubo! Always enjoy the 2 item combo, Lechon, Kalbi, and my signature drink “The Ryan”.

Pleasantly surprised to eat pretty good filipino food in Ridgecrest! A friend and I chose to stoped at Bahay Kubo for lunch on our drive from LA to Lone Pine. The service was a bit slow but I think that matches the area/pace of the town. Portions were generous. Ample selection of Filipino stewed meats and veggies. The garlic friend rice should have been much more garlicky in my opinion.

Some awesome down home traditional Filipino food finally made it to Ridgecrest. I had the pleasure to try them out today and see their establishment. They have fresh baked pandesal and even serve halo halo for dessert. It’s nice to find this little Jem in this small town. Will definitely be back for more during my visits here on the west coast.

Enjoyed the food here. As expected. I’d come back. Prices were ok for Cali.

We ordered pickup from here due to delivery having such a long time estimate and $15 in added costs on a $35 order. The pancit, lumpias, and spring rolls were all great with huge portions. The beef yaki soba was on the mushy side, the noodles were a little stuck together and wasn’t super fresh. We also got the melon boba and brown sugar boba and both were great, the brown sugar was obviously very sweet though, reminded me of cotton candy. Will be ordering from here again!
