Where do I even start?! Called to make an order for 3 people. I wanted a good amount of food because I was going over to a friend. I had asked for a pound and half of the fried mix, I received a plate with mostly calamari and 4 shrimps exactly. I started to taste the food and I can immediately tell that the shrimp and calamari used for the fried mix and the tajin are frozen not fresh. The fish was not horrible but definitely had way better. Rice over cooked and salad had zero dressing. Save your money and go to Hamido in Queens now thats what I call delicious tasty seafood! Safe to say I’ll never go back to Bahary again

this has to be the best fish market in Bay Ridge. They make everything so fresh and great flavor. The fish is very well seasoned and the people there are very friendly and nice.

The place is supposed to let you choose what fish you want and how you want it cooked. Instead, the boys tried to convince us to get a different fish than what we wanted.
The fish was cooked with its scales and barely seasoned. That ruined the entire experience.
The price changes based on how you look like. There are no prices posted in the place and it’s a cash only business.
Cleanliness is below average too. Bathroom is very tight and not well maintained.

A lot to say about this place! In short, they kinda force their recommendation, and get mad if u choose something else, they don’t scale or season the fish(tasteless), shrimp was ok though, rice was at least a day old (not a good thing), sad salad, and honestly overall experience was bad. Never coming here again!

Small place serving fresh fish in various delicious ways. You pick your own from the menu and they pick it up from the ice buckets and make them for you when you order. They had run out of the red snapper so I chose something else and it was very good. Prices are relatively good and the sides dishes are good as well. The staff is very accommodating and attentive.

The front window showcases all the different fish they are serving. All food is cooked-to-order. The fish and seafood is astounding! We had shrimp, red snapper, and fish & chips. We look forward to returning.

For the last two times fish were like fresh from the ocean although they have some imported fish from the Mediterranean sea, cooked well and taste delicious. I don’t have this experience often but they deserve to be appreciated when they do well
