Had a great evening with the kids here. It was out first time going and we really enjoyed it. The kids loved that there were games available to play. The staff was so friendly and patient with us as we had several questions about the flavors and the menu. My husband really liked that they had sugar-free options! The place was also very clean. We especially liked the cabana right outside in the front with outside seating. Maybe when the weather is warmer we’ll try to visit to sit outside a bit.

We have been to several ice cream shops and snowcones in the area. This place is the best if you’re in Waxahachie. Kayla was exceptional nice and made my sons experience. First Class.. Everybody was super nice, nice smiles & amazing atmosphere .

The staff here is always friendly, occasionally they are backed up and slow, but are very hard working considering they have multiple ways of getting orders. The “snow cones” are made fresh and always very good. I have had quite a few and am currently stuck on the peach cobbler one. My wife and kids always want to go and likely would every day if they could.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Served fairly quickly. Environment was fairly clean and spacious. Feel like I’m in a scene from Point Break. Occasional snowballs fly. Keep your to the sky . we got the wave runner and the kokomoko. A little bummed they don’t have the coconut coffee like other Bahama Bucks but that’s okay, Three Rivers is next door.

Some people complain about the lines and that the establishment is run by “children”. These are very capable young adults that are doing a wonderful job making shave ice to order for dozens of customers every few minutes and they work hard with good attitudes which is not a common thing now days. Always great service and my dogs love coming through the drive thru.

This place is crazy good. I got the bomb pop snow pop for my daughter and she loved it. This time my pina colada and cherry combo fell flat. Wasn’t as tasty and juicy as normal. I was home before I tasted it or I would have gone back. This is the only time it’s not been to my standards so I’ll give them grace. Usually a 5 but this was probably a 3.5 but service was good and my daughter’s snow pop was great.

It’s definitely totally delicious, yet a bit pricey, but don’t be fooled into going through the drive thru unless you’re prepared to wait for 45 mins. Even if is the line isn’t that long (we had like 10 cars). And there is no getting out of the line once you’re in. Do yourself a favor and walk in. It’s 100x faster. The staff is super nice though! Everyone is friendly and upbeat! I will be back for specialities but for the average snow cone I will continue going to SnoBiz.

Got my order wrong and then remade it with less syrup since they wasted it on the first one, gave me a snow cone with plenty flavorless spots. If possible I’d love a remake if I even consider coming back . Edit; they fixed it as promised and it was good! Thank you Regina
