The ladies we’re on the spot, tending to customers, and making sure that it was made to the liking. As I was sitting outside, completing some work assignments, I was asked from the window what I thought of my requested unique order. And as I gave my feedback, immediately they offered to remake it and correct it. Bravo to the ladies for their attentiveness and make me an excellent order.

Today I visited and the gentleman working just doesn’t seem to care about customers. He was currently assisting a drive through order but afterwards took forever to even acknowledge me. In the past they’ll give some signal that we’re there. He definitely didn’t want to be there given the non-enthusiastic attitude. When my order was ready, he just opened the window, called out the item and immediately shut the door before I could walk up. The kind of fast door closure when you’re on an elevator and don’t want anyone else to get on. Not a single thank you or anything. Literally felt like I just ordered a snow cone from a vending machine and it got dispensed. I’m also looking for napkins as I was going to eat outside with my daughter and had to wave him down to open the window so I could get some napkins. I see all of the dispensers stacked INSIDE the store and not a single one out. Also, I witnessed a young lady walk up to the window while I was there and stood there was a good 4-5 minutes before being helped. There was nobody in the drive thru and I felt he just wanted to ignore customers today and helping customers is last on his priority list. I just want to give him the benefit of the doubt he’s not having a great day…but hope the customer service improves because I would like to return and give this place another chance.

This is my second time going there where I felt like I got ripped off. I asked to be topped off for a regular cup and it doesn’t seem like they went up a size. Also, this time I got the Oreo cookie for my daughter and I was asked if I wanted to do, I believe it was called, extreme to which I said yes. However, once we arrived home, I looked in my daughter’s cup, which was mostly full of the saved ice, but no cookies past the top layer. There was also no ice cream and now that I’m looking on the menu I’m noticing that perhaps that’s what she was referring to, but they didn’t give prepare it properly. Perhaps more training is needed.
But yeah, I think I’ll take my seven dollars elsewhere.

Bahama bucks has been a longtime favorite or my kiddos. Their shaved ice is smooth and like no other snow cone place. I love that natural dye free flavors are offered. My husband likes the soda mixes. We enjoy snow year round.

I’ve been going to Bahama Bucks for years, and never knew they had sodas and other drinks. I went last Thursday, and the drive-thru operator was very friendly and helped me order a “Create Your Own Soda” based on my preferences. I ordered a Diet Coke with cherry-lime and tropic creme. It was DELICIOUS! I’ve been raving about it to everyone! I can’t wait to go back and try other flavors. 🙂

This is by far the worst Bahama Buck’s location I’ve ever been to. This is the second time I’ve ordered through DoorDash two large “create your own” snows and both times they’ve tasted like nothing but plain ice. I even added an extra flavor this time to make sure it actually had taste, but nope still just frozen water in a cup.
I called to ask for a refund or replacement, and the woman who answered told me I’d have to “take that up with the boss.” Completely unhelpful. So basically I spent $20 for two cups of flavorless ice and no customer service whatsoever.
Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Very sad! We had to wait a long time to be served and only ones trying to order.
We ordered 4 smoothies and none were good. All said they did not taste good nor did they taste how it was advertised. This was our first experience here, VERY disappointing.

Brought kiddos here for their first time and they absolutely enjoyed picking out their favorite flavors. The staff were very family friendly with us aswell as the kiddos as they made up their minds in what they would get. Definitely looking forward to coming again.

My friends and I went through the drive thru tonight and were severely disappointed in the service we received. None of us like to complain but the entire team was giggling into the mic and had us repeat ourselves multiple times because they were not listening. They also got my entire order wrong because I wanted birthday cake with no sprinkles. They kept the sprinkles on and didn’t even include the tropic creme that comes with it. They were all distracted and kept looking at us through the drive thru window and laughing. They also claimed that the payment didn’t go through the first but my friend’s bank account was still charged. It was very clear there was not a manager on staff and overall highly unprofessional.
