The person who took my first order (Jayden) was not the most enjoyable to be around. In fact the order employees apologized for his behavior. They did make a wonderful snow cone however. Drinks 10/10 staff was accommodating (except for the one dude)

Have you ever wondered where the slowest drive thur is?!?! Well I know it’s called BAHAMA BUCKS! Here are 3 reasons NOT to come here! First, when I went into the drive thur and I was the only person there! I was super glad because we were in a rush. I thought it would take like 5 mins at the most 10, WRONG IT TOOK OVER 25 MINUTES JUST WAITING FOR A CUP OF ICE. Second, when I went and got my BLOCK of ice they put a literal dot of flavour so I was basically just eating straight up ice. Third, when I was waiting for the BLOCK of ice I wanted to see what they were doing because I had 30minutes of spare time. While I saw the guy preparing the BLOCK of ice this girl is just straight up eating. And when this girl is about to deliver the BLOCK of ice she just WIPES her MOUTH with her HANDS THE PROCEEDS TO GIVE THE CUP TO ME! Like what if she’s sick, has an infection, or even worse! I’m just saying if you ever want to get a slushy DO NOT COME HERE!

The drive to this establishment typically takes approximately 20 minutes, and we have consistently had positive experiences. However, today was an exception. I made my family leave the house for snow cones, but the experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon entering, we were met with an overwhelming cacophony of loud conversations from the staff. One individual, a young woman, was boasting about an unsatisfactory encounter with a customer. Which I find very unprofessional. After a brief wait, we were finally served our drinks and snow cones.
Regrettably, both my child’s and my snow cone were excessively dry, resembling solid ice. My other child’s shake was only partially filled with the shake and the top half completely filled with whipped topping.
When I requested that the staff add more juice to my snow cone, they provided me with a cup of liquid to pour over it. I was perplexed as to why I needed to manually add the juice, but I accepted the cup and poured it over my snow cone, resulting in a ruined and unappetizing treat.
I then requested a refund. The young lady who assisted me was exceptionally kind, apologized sincerely, and promptly issued me with a refund. I appreciate her prompt and courteous response.
Apart from the young lady and one other employee, the overall environment was excessively noisy and unprofessional. Despite my fondness for this establishment, I am hesitant to return with some of the children employed there. It is concerning that such a basic task as preparing shaved ice can be so poorly executed.

If I could give zero it would be that, waited over an hour with a full house and to have one of the employees blow up on us about “being 17 and we are doing out best”. She began to cus up a storm and emotional express her opinions that have no place in a customer service food industry. Just close the doors if you can’t manage being in the weeds. I’ve worked food service and learned you just put your head down and pump product out to your best abilities because the ones paying are providing your with your income.
For being a franchise the standard of product did not match anything from other Bahamas Bucks, no sprinkles on wedding/birthday cakes, no chamoy,diced pickles, or sour salt for picadillas. I also seen other customers cones not look remotely to the ones served in atascocita and other locations I have been too. jon taffer is needed at this place.

Great place to cool off and grab a shaved ice! Can get a bit packed every now and then, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Would have given it 5 stars, but the men’s bathroom needed more attention as the trashcan was overflowing and there were no more paper towels. Tables were also a bit sticky, but hey they sell syrup on ice here.. Staff is composed of younger individuals with good customer service skills.

Went to the one in league city today. Can’t find the page for it. No one was there(as far as costumers), the two girls had an attitude even when I said have a great day neither responded. The guy taking our order didn’t put down the sno cones were flat,(Hispanic girl rolled her eyes and just dumped it in a bigger cup)then we got bubblegum instead of tigers blood. (It was so uncomfortable we took them to go ) Never had this kind of attitude before today.

Save yourself the spike in blood pressure and the stress headache. Just not worth it. Unless you’re into service so bad it’s actually incomprehensible, 15-minute waits for cups of ice, and bitter snow cones laced with what tastes like disinfectant. Against my better judgment, I return every few months hoping it has improved. It hasn’t. In fact, it somehow gets worse with each visit. I would gladly pay to erase every memory of this place. Stay away if you cherish your sanity.

I really appreciate that they have natural snow cone options. This was my second time here, the ice was a bit chunkier though. I had asked for 2 natural flavors but they only rung up one, so I asked for them to remake it. The worker seemed a little irritated so I will admit I was concerned about getting spit in it or messed with. It was very sweet but I mean it is a snow cone not bingsu. I also got the baby size which was still big for me. It cost $4 so it was a little more than I expected but still worth a shot

Extremely slow service, items not made in order, too much salt on the ice block (left salt streaks in the cup), forgot my last item after servicing everyone before and after me. I even reminded them I was still waiting. They assured me it was coming. Then, as they are serving the family that ordered after me and giving them scratch off coupons for waiting, I hear an employee saying he has no other orders to make. I believe he was on door dash orders only and they were asking him, is there nothing else he could be making? I asked if he could please make mine. The one Ive been waiting FORTY FIVE minutes on!!! Small unicorn flat top. He apologized and made it. Wasn’t even his fault. The others just stared at me. To make it worse. Our smoothies were terrible. Very watery, not a smoothie consistency, morw like an iced drink and mine had a powdery after taste.
