I waited an hour in the drive thru line and I couldn’t move since I had two cars in front of me and one behind me. My total was $10.58, I gave the girl $10.60 and she didn’t give me my change. It’s not about the two cents, it’s she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I still had to wait another 10 minutes once I got to the window for my order. Once I got my order it was a sloppy mess, the ice was melting and there was TOO much condensed milk which made the snow cone too sweet. I also ordered a rainbow that doesn’t look like a rainbow, they were just trying to get me out of there.

Disgusting, they never make anything right anymore , ordered a smoothie and it wasn’t even cold , ordered a strawberry cheesecake delight even told them to make sure they put ice cream and yet AGAIN they didn’t , they charge almost $2 for a scoop of ice cream and not put it , every single time , I haven’t been here in about 4 months and this was just a reminder of why we stopped coming . TERRIBLE!!! Waste of money. Go to Jeremiah’s Italian ice down the road instead , they always make it right and great customer service!!!

People working are so rude, having people stand around playing with umbrellas and talking about nonsense, snow cones don’t have flavors at all
Getting charged twice because they aren’t paying attention, horrible experience. I’ll drive to spring if I want a bucks, this location is horrible and sucks

The shaved ice didn’t have any flavor. We got guava, coconut, mango, and extreme mango and they were all subpar. My extreme mangonada tasted like freezer burn. Very disappointing.

It’s such a fun place for the whole family. The employees love their jobs, and it shows. We love to play all the sticky games that are provided.
It would be great if they offered a no dye option and maybe no sugar option. Syrup made with stevia would be an added bonus!

I always try to visit while in Humble. I wasn’t that impressed this time. I asked for ice cream and there was barely any in the bottom of the cup. The syrup didn’t taste fresh. Very disappointing.

Great smoothies and sno-cones. My family and I cant wait to come back and try more items. I had the acai smoothie bowl topped with granola, coconut flakes sliced banana, strawberry and honey drizzle, it was very refreshing and the size small was perfect and not too much. Other items enjoyed by my family were the cookie sno and the mango draginfruit smoothie. We will be back soon.

The shaved Ice taste Ah-Mazing and they have so many different sections on flavors. They also have Blue Bell Ice Cream. The service was quick and friendly. They provide games to play at your table. My little girl really enjoyed playing My Little Pony memory match. Can’t wait to come back and try out another flavor.

2/9/25 probably the worst snow I ever had in my life lol there was more syrup than ice. Why would yall give me 2 snowcones with syrup spilling over and think that’s okay? I had to hold the cup outside the car and ask for a larger cup. The workers in there wasn’t doing nothing but making a mess as I sat there and watched. Disappointed
I didn’t even look at my sons snow but once I did … he had more nerds than Ice he didn’t even want his very laughable. Don’t come to this location
