I can honestly say that I agree with other customers. This location has gone down hill since they’ve opened. I have always enjoyed that the shaved ice was super thin to the point the ice instantly melts in your mouth. That has changed very inconsistent with the texture to the flavors, not enough flavor to the point that I have plain ice with no flavor. Ice sometimes comes out thick and crunchy. Every time I stop by there is always a problem from texture, flavors not tasting like what I ordered or not having enough flavor. Exaggerated waits also including staff just talking while the orders are sitting on the drive tru counter waiting to be passed out. I get it, have a fun work environment but multitasking is a must talk, joke while continuing to work.Orders are wrong size staff has an issue hearing orders and never repeats the orders to confirm what I just asked for, they just state to come to the window and they will have the total there. I have to ask every time if they can repeat the order back to me because if I don’t they will have the wrong sizes or the flavors wrong or even missing other orders I asked for. But, I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will get the order correctly in which they fail every time. I believe this will be the last visit this is just an example of todays order missing flavor just plain Ice do keep in mind this is a regular size and majority of the order is just ice with no flavor. No I do not want a refund or my order remade orders should’ve been done correctly the first time that’s why I pay for the item. Correct the actions of your staff to have a better out come or retrain them. If not get a better manager that is there with each shift that is there because they’re not doing their job because they see what they had out and what that is, not great quality.

I have visited this location a couple of times already and have always gotten the same employee working there, usually by himself. He does a splendid job and the cones always taste amazing. He even helped me discover a new favorite flavor! However, if I could rate tonight’s visit a zero, unfortunately, I would. I visited to purchase the Christmas Tree cone. I didn’t see a picture of it on the windows, so I asked the non-usual employee, “Do you all still have the Christmas Tree cone available?” And the young man responded with, “No, we have the Christmas Tree.” He was heard laughing in the background along with the lady who was working alongside him. I took a moment to decided whether or not I wanted to continue ordering after being laughed at, and did anyway. When at the window, I sat and waited for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. I stopped by Bahama Bucks tonight and the team working absolutely made my night! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. They greeted me with smiles, helped me quickly decide on a flavor, and even made a few great suggestions I ended up loving. The service was fast, but they still took the time to chat and make me feel welcome. The whole place had a fun, positive vibe thanks to them, and my order came out perfectly. Big thanks to the crew tonight you can tell they care about making every customer’s experience a great one!

I went there this afternoon. I was the only customer there. There were three people working, all wearing headsets. I have my order, asked for one large flattop cucumber,cherry lime, extra juice and one large flattop, black cherry hurricane colada with cream. The first time I got cream on the cucumber cherry lime and none on the hurricane and no extra juice on the cucumber cherry lime Then I sent it back. I got the hurricane filled halfway with cream and my cucumber cherry lime with extra juice but not in a flattop only in a regular large cup. Sent that back again. The third time finally got the cucumber cherry lime correct. I asked to speak to the manager because I’m curious if the headsets work or if anyone writes anything down. This is the third time I go and every time they ask me what I ordered at the drive through and I have to correct the order, but this time was ridiculous. The manager is this young girl who I had to ask if I could just get my order free because honestly three people and two frozen waters with juice is not difficult to create. I got the order free after 20 minutes of sitting there in the drive through. I’m curious as to who really supervises this location. I’ve worked in retail and restaurants and fast food as a manager in all areas and this is unacceptable.

I was very happy that we were getting our own Bahama Bucks in Horizon, we kept driving by to see if they were open. After the 4th visit and 4th opportunity for them to get it right, I am writing a review to see if it will get better. We almost always get the shaved ice and each time they don’t have enough juice or the ice tastes like the water wasn’t filtered. Today I started eating it and immediately there were big spots without juice. It is disappointing that I know many people who also love Bahama Buck’s and they rather drive almost 6 miles out of there way to go to another location to make sure they get their money’s worth. We are hoping it gets better.
