If I could give a higher rating, I would! I have always had great experiences but this time takes the cake!!! Today was Sno Day and Andy and Alex are just the BEST! They answered all questions we had on flavors and made the BEST suggestions! They had a bit of Smurfs left and she absolutely enjoyed it and got the cup and spoon! They went above and beyond and even brought out our Snos to us! 100/10! This is our new Bahama spot for sure!!!

The young girls working are nice. It would be beneficial for them to utilize all the seating. Especially when they are busy and have all the patrons crowded in the front standing because they keep 3/4 the seating blocked off at all times.

It’s good for what it is. If you’re into snow cones this is the place to go. Inside it feels like you’re actually on a tropical island. The walls are fully decorated and they even have a tropical music playlist going. The service is friendly and very fast. I would recommend.

We are regular customers and love Bahama Bucks. The atmosphere and staff are great our only complaint is that the quality of the sno cones has greatly decreased. Both visits have been in the last month and both times we asked for extra juice , even if it cost extra and both times we have gotten cones that are very dry with white in the middle and the bottom. It used to be when we asked for extra juice we would get very juicy sno cones. We hope this helps the staff to improve before the busy summer months at your San Mateo location.
