Social Profile:

It all started from a mother who always loves Vietnamese cooking and it was this deep appreciation that gave her the idea to open a Vietnamese restaurant in her East Windsor community on Valentine’s Day of 2018. Today, Baguette Bistro becomes the place to go for deep bowls of authentic steaming Pho (no MSG), delicious Spring rolls, Banh-Mi sandwiches, Vermicelli, overflowing Rice dishes with veggies and meat, and organic bubble milk tea in fast casual atmosphere. The restaurant is located on Route 130 north bound, 12 minutes from BAPS Temple. The business managed to stay open during Covid-19 to serve local law enforcement, first responders and frontline workers. Baguette Bistro was recognized by Governor Murphy of NJ in 2020.

This spot is almost like a self serve. As soon as you walk in there is a sign saying go up to the register. Once you reach the register you place your order there and pay for it then and there. To the left there was a dispenser with lemon and tap water I would taste it before pouring yourself a cup of water. They don’t have any ceramic teapot or cups what you will be served tea in a paper cup. I guess the chef had an off day because my Phos’ broth was cloudy. I have never come across a restaurant with cloudy broth. The presentation was lovely but it just wasn’t hitting the spot. From my experience I will not come back.

Had a delicious meal A1 Spring rolls, S1 traditional sandwich, N9 beef rib pho with rare beef. Spacious, clean restaurant with enjoyable Vietnamese music. Self serve water. Easy parking in the strip mall (look for ShopRite sign). Recommend.

This place is an absolute gem. The food was incredibly fresh and full of authentic Vietnamese flavor you can really tell everything is made with love. The pho was rich! Every bite tasted homemade. The staff was super welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. This spot is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I tried this place while traveling on route 130 after a day of thrift shopping. The menu has photos of each item, which was very helpful. I decided to try the daily vermicelli noodle special with BBQ shrimp and pork. It came in a bowl with noodles, cucumbers, lettuce, and carrots. The clear dressing and peanuts were on the side. The staff members were attentive. If I lived closer, I would probably visit this place often.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. Their food is always so good, their drinks are kind of mid to my preference but I’m picky with tea so I still highly suggest it. The n1 pho is the BEST. The bbq pork chops are to die for & the service is always awesome.

The food here is incredible. Best pho in EW! I can’t wait to come back. Our food came out very quickly and was extremely delicious. I ate the spring rolls so quickly that I forgot to take a picture of them, but you need to know that they were out of control delicious.

Best pho I have had yet! I’ve been on a huge pho kick lately and so glad we dropped by. Disappointed we don’t have one closer to us, we’re in PA. My boyfriend got a rice dish, and loved it but definitely agreed the pho was the star of the show! We will be coming back next time we are up. The strawberry iced tea was also delicious, very fresh tasting!

Being from NYC, the pho broth here was a bit off and too sweet. The beef was not what they had in nyc. 4 half size spring rolls for $10.50 which was decent tasting. Also ordered a banh mi which looked big and was crispy and looked like it tasted better than the pho. Atmosphere was nice and cool with AC and spacious and clean bathrooms. Water is self service. You order and pay at the counter and they bring the food to your table. It’s a 3.5 from me, the 4 is generous.

Pretty okay pho, but it’s a bit pricey for the portion size. Big eaters may need 2-3 bowls of the regular size. The raw beef is good.

Just stopped here on the way home, based on the reviews. And the reviewers were so right!!! This place has great food!

Service was super fast, friendly and professional.

For anyone that’s in the area, you need to stop by and try the food. I had a Banh Mi sandwich and she had a Vermicelli Pork bowl.

The Pork and Shrimp Summer rolls were delicious and the Vietnamese coffee coffee was a perfect compliment!!!
