Overpriced. I wouldn’t even call this a breakfast sandwich. It’s like they didn’t even use a whole egg on the sandwich. There’s barely anything on it, Maybe 1 entire piece of bacon. Over $6 for this. Ridiculous. Save your money. There are better places that actually have substance on their sandwiches.

My husband and I love to get our breakfast here every chance we can. I’ve even ordered some of the lunch options when we go in later. Bagels are delicious, food comes out quickly, staff is always friendly. They usually have a variety of coffee flavors as well which I enjoy. And also need to mention the homemade bagel chips!

More of a roll with a hole. Lightest airiest bagels I’ve had. Kids liked them as they are less dense than a classic NYC bagel. Lots of sugar in these. Every style just tasted sweet to the extent we tasted the sugar through an everything bagel and even a breakfast sandwich.

These are not bagels. These are rolls with holes. Bagels are firm and shiny not soft and fluffy. I suspect that the baker skips the boiling phase . Bagels are boiled before baking which gives them a shiny exterior and firm , chewy interior. Very disappointing. False advertising.

Very disappointed. Our bagels were very airy, so when you toast them, they really get dry. A bagel should be able to handle the heat. Unless their recipe changes, won’t be getting bagels here again.

The bagels here are perfectly fluffy and flavorful. They have a huge assortment of bagels from egg all the way to bacon and cheese. They even dye the blueberry bagels to be blue. Not too long of a wait considering they make everything as the orders come in. Very friendly employees, will be returning.

I order a bagel at10:42. Go in to pickup at 10:56am and there is no order for me. I ask the lady with the hat what the phone number to the business is to make sure I have the correct place and she doesn’t know the number. She grabs a brochure and sure enough I had called the right place. Rather than apologize for inconvenience she asks me flatly what do you want? Mind you the business is dead there is only one customer – so after 4 minutes I get served a quick bagel. I go into my car to eat it and sure enough it’s full of bacon. I’m a Muslim so not cool. I go back in to tell the lady and she rudely tells me it’s a mistake and gets loud rather than apologize for such a grave mistake. Rather than offer a refund she argues with me and gets loud – she confirms there wasn’t a shift change in the past 20 mins therefore it was all on her and her mistake. No accountability. No respect. No decency. Just attitude and sassiness – give me my $5 back rather go to dunkin lol. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Please train your employees to properly deal with customers and to show respect for peoples time and religions/cultures.
