Great bagel, friendly staff. Quick and clean. Scallion cream cheese is delicious.

Bagels Plus Deli in Bristol is hands down one of my favorite spots! The food is always fresh and delicious—whether it’s a bagel sandwich, a dozen bagels with cream cheese, or anything off their menu, you really can’t go wrong. The bagels are just perfect every time.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It always feels good walking in there—like you’re part of the neighborhood.
The place is also really clean, which I definitely appreciate. Everything is neat and well-kept, and it just adds to the whole good vibe of the place.
And the prices? Totally reasonable! You get great portions and amazing quality without breaking the bank.
Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area—or even if you’re just passing through. You’ll be glad you stopped by!

Today was my first time visiting Bagels Plus Deli in Bristol and I picked up one of their specialty bagels called the “Bee Sting.” I highly recommend this particular bagel. It was sweet and savory due to the hot honey sauce and scallion cream cheese that comes on it, and the bagel itself was very fresh.

Love, love, love this bagel shop!!! Have you tried their cranberry bagels with walnut, honey, and pecan cream cheese? They are heavenly!! Bagels are soft, fluffy, and huge. The chicken salad sandwich is scrumptious. New owners and they are making great changes. Wish we had this in Florida!!!

Staff and management were very easy to talk with and put some time into how they can help out a school fundraiser. The manager wasn’t in but the staff took all the information down and had the manager call me l back and the next day I received a call. Great communication and team work. Thank you for tour support.

Bagels have been inconsistent for months now! Not to mention my sandwich was so sloppy and fell out of the wrapper when I was taking it out of the bag. Don’t know what’s been going on with these bagels lately but hopefully they get better soon! Not to mention the two poor girls working so hard up front while some other girl is just hanging out in the back talking and texting on her phone! Sad to see this place fall apart, atleast the chicken salad is still delicious though.

I’ve been coming here for a while, so I know what their usual turnaround time is, it’s fast. Today was the opposite. I called in my order at 9:20, spoke to someone who told me it would be ready soon. I got there within 10 minutes. When I arrived, the cashier said it wasn’t ready yet but took my payment.I waited. But I ended up sitting there for almost 30 minutes. People who ordered after me, in person, were getting their food before I even got an update. Eventually the cashier came back to ask me again what my order was… meaning it was never made in the first place. Mistakes happen, but what bothered me most is that no one apologized or acknowledged the situation, just silence and sloppiness. If I’m paying and showing up early after calling ahead, the bare minimum is to actually put the order in and communicate. Super disappointing experience.

I have to say that I have been a steady customer for years now and over the last six months this place is on steady decline. The bagels are inconsistent and small. The cream cheese has absolutely no flavor anymore. I wish my old place would come back.

I continue to go here everyday. The staff is fantastic. Steph Kenzie and Scarlett always take their time with their work and it shows in the food and service quality. The owners are also very active in this business which you don’t see a lot!

Our family gets a dozen bagels for Sunday breakfast from here for years. I’m not sure if ownership has changed or just management but the quality has dipped quite a bit. This is the second strike. Please allow for rising the bagels. If I wanted to buy bricks I’d go to stop and shop.
