Don’t listen to these bad reviews. These bagels are fantastic. We live near Philipstown, NY and regularly drive 30+ mins (each way) just for these bagels. They are fantastic and worth it.

I went into this bagel shop right around 3pm on Sunday. There was a large neon “Open” sign illuminated in the front window, and there was a customer waiting for her order at the counter. The girl behind the counter looked at me and said “we’re closed”. I didn’t say a word, I walked straight out the door. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Their pumpernickel everything bagel is amazing!!! This order has egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, roasted red peppers and honey mustard. Quite an untraditional combination but they do it so good. These bagels are tasty, soft and flavorful.

Very unprofessional, rude and disgusting customer service. One of them was telling my bf that she did “bad stuff” the night before and said she’d tell him more later (basically when i’m not around) he understands also that she’s doing this on purpose for no reason and we’re not going there again — totally inappropriate for a work setting. She also constantly ignores me, acts rude and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and respect here is unbelievable. Definitely not the kind of environment you’d expect from a business that’s supposed to be customer-focused.

I can’t say enough good things about this bagel shop! The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. The variety of flavors and toppings is fantastic, with something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. Rainbow bagels and ice cream makes for a magical experience. Yes, the bagel shop serves ice cream. Do they serve bacon ice cream??? The strawberry ice cream had whole chunks of delicious strawberries. Be prepared for a line, and be patient, it moves fast.

Blonde hair woman very unprofessional and nasty , a person like that should not be handling food . She burnt my bagel and had the audacity to yell and scream at me . I’m the customer I paid my money for the sandwich . I had to throw the sandwich out . Never have I been spoken to like that . Racism played a factor in this situation. I will never return to bagels on the Hudson . Truly disgusting behavior by the blonde hair lady . Hygiene was not good did not see anyone wash hands no hair net on loose hair . Handled money and handles food without washing hands .

This shop has the best bagels in this area, always a wide selection from the egg everything, the rainbow, or just a regular sesame seed bagel. They make pretty decent sandwiches. Customer Service always A1 very good spot.

I just witnessed a deeply troubling incident at this establishment. After a young woman calmly and politely expressed that her bagel was burnt and inedible—an $8 meal—an employee responded by yelling at her and telling her to “get lost.” Another staff member was already assisting her when a different employee, a blonde woman, aggressively intervened and began shouting.
The customer did nothing to warrant this reaction. Whether the employee was having a bad day or there were other motivations, the behavior came across as completely unprovoked—and frankly, possibly discriminatory.
I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and basic decency. Based on what I witnessed, I will not be returning or spending my money here again.
