I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant, inside of a hotel right next to the University of Maryland campus. The customer service is outstanding, especially my good buddy Rob! They were very helpful with suggestions on which bagels match best with with sandwiches and there is usually lots of available seating. Very much recommended..

I know inflation is bad but they really jumped their prices once the other bagel place went out of business. Just can’t justify it anymore. To be honest, customer service tends to disappoint too. I feel like they’d rather not take my order. Often the coffee pots are empty too. Bagels are solid but the prices plus the customer service just makes me want to go somewhere else.

The place so dull with out the student population. I went and ordered in their location, staff were friendly and polite. I got the everything bagel with salmon, tomato, onion (didn’t find in my order) with regular cream cheese (4/5). The bagel was huge with lot of cream cheese. But the bagel was hard for me, apart from that the flavor was good.

Bagels ‘n Grinds is a pretty good establishment. I’ve only ordered through a food delivery service, but whenever I have, the food has been quality. The bagels, coffee, and parfaits have been on point. Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a good breakfast.

Had an Uber order pick up took me 15 minutes to get there. One item not ready. Those who ordered when I arrived received orders. I waited 10 minutes while listening to two staff members gossip. No one checked on items and asked cooks how long just made up a time. Very slow
