I like their coffee and I prefer to go there versus 711 however, when I walk in that door, whether it’s a new cup or a refill, I look at that line and sometimes it’s just not worth it based on the time availability. I wish they’d create a separate line or some of the system so people who are just coming in for a refill for a cuppa coffee don’t have to stand around. I’m on the road often and with DoorDash and Uber and I come in and out of there sometimes I can’t even get my refill when I’m picking up For them. It’s a money loss whether this is significant or not but if there’s something that they can do so people who want coffee can just get their coffee then you’re gonna make an additional four dollars a day alone just for me.

Fresh bagels, hot coffee and fresh squeezed OJ all great. Sandwiches made to order and salads to go are both very good. Service behind the counter is fast, much appreciated. Lunch specials Monday through Friday are great, and include a side salad plus drink. Chicken stew with rice and veggies is very good.

the food is really good. their customer service is terrible. everytime you call, they answer and just wait for you to talk. they never greet and just sound like they want you to hurry. when you go and actually pick up, you literally still have to wait 10-20 mins on line.

I am very disappointed and distraught at this deli !!!!! I called to order a sandwich and the lady that took my order was very rude to me saying “ next time say the right things for your order OK! because you told me one thing and now it’s something different and hung the phone up “ it was very rude and distasteful how she spoke to me I went into the store to get my breakfast and ask someone who took my order and the lady pointed to her and I asked why was she so rude to me and she was going back and fourth with me about how she was not rude and I need to order my food properly !!! It was as if she wanted to get the last word out and did not understand how she was rude she has absolutely no customer care in the world she was walking off as I was speaking to her and other employees sat around and did nothing maybe if my skin color was different they would take me serious the women with the short white/gray hair you should be ashamed of the way you carried yourself and the business that was unacceptable by a far

The only redeemable quality of this deli is their food, and only sometimes. The best thing they have when they get it right is the Miami Sunrise. The staff is just unbearable though, I’ve been coming here on and off for years and its the same older ladies with bad attitudes every time. Makes me hate coming here.

Don’t go here. I said hello to the little blond haired lady. She looked at me like what I’m doing in here. She didn’t acknowledge that I said hello. Very rude. We can’t keep spending money in establishments that are rude. They forget there in business because of us. If I could give negative stars I would.
