Do not come here if you expect even barely adequate service. I stood in the queue for 10 minutes and not a single employee spoke to me or asked for an order. The girl working there made sure to serve the man standing behind me in line first. Then as I stood at the register waiting for SOMEONE to serve me, they completely ignored me. Then asked me if I could move so the guy behind me could checkout. Forget that, I walked out. I hope they get the business they deserve.

Their bagels are fantastic but I’ve had multiple issues with items missing from orders in the drive thru. Today they forgot my coffee order completely and rather than hold up the line reordering and making it I just left. Really frustrating because this place should be 5* if they could get their ordering system right.

Drive thru was fast and efficient for a busy morning. I ordered an Asiago bagel with Jalapeño cream cheese toasted. Bagel was barely toasted but the flavors were really good, that’s the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars because I also ordered an iced latte with coconut syrup and cold foam. It was probably the worse coffee I’ve ever gotten, no ice so it was luke warm, tasted no coconut flavor whatsoever, all I could taste was really bitter coffee/milk, and it was overflowing so it got sticky coffee and foam everywhere. I would suggest getting your coffee anywhere else but I would get another bagel from here again.

I love bagels and joe. Extremely disappointed when I brought my sister and her kids today and our cashier blatantly ignored us to flirt with a coworker while we were trying to order the rest of our food and coffee. Then, acted annoyed when splitting the check. Then got my coffee order wrong and told me it was the same as what I ordered when it was not, another worker remade it after he overcharged me. When I tried asking the manager for a refund of the overcharge she acted like I got what I ordered the first time and was honestly extremely rude for no reason after we were dealing with an extremely unpleasant ordering experience. The worker who remade my drink thankfully just refunded me the difference in the midst of the manager blindly backing the other employee (who i was not blaming in any way shape or form). I realize food counter attendants don’t make that much money and I did leave a small tip even after dealing with such rudeness but there is a bare minimum level of human decency and respect

Just plain good. The breakfast bagels are a good size but not overwhelming. The ingredients seem and taste fresh, especially the avocado. The coffee is strong but not bitter. Nice ambience with top 40 music playing and plenty of people enjoying their meals and chatting.

The bagels are great but other than that the food is bland and boring. I ordered chicken salad one day and it was basically mayonnaise with a little bit of chicken in it. I do not recommend this place for anything other than bagels and coffee.

Love their bacon egg and cheddar on homemade croissant. My only complaint is that it’s not a fresh made egg. The scrambled egg they use is definitely one of the best scrambled eggs. Way better then the regular fast food places. Other then that is fantastic. I also recommend their apple croissant is amazing. I haven’t tried their coffee but maybe sometime.

If your employees are talking at the counter about how much more money they can make at a grocery store instead of your business, then you have a problem, on top of the problem of a 45 minute wait for coffee and basic breakfast items because you placed an online order. It’s really fun to be waiting in store and hear an employee talk about how they’re going to cancel online orders. I went down the street for coffee and breakfast instead.
