I had one of the best espresso experiences here. The employee that made my mocha did a phenomenal job- the crema on top was amazing! Her service was so thoughtful and generous on serving my gluten sensitivity. I was so blessed. Thank you.

Great bagels and coffee, but there are definitely some management challenges to be sorted out. I just waited 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee as staff members scurried around, trying to keep up with drive-through customers plus a line out the door in-house.

She repeated my order in the drive thru but I didn’t check it till I was almost home. Not only did she forget two items but I asked for a bagel with a side of cream cheese and instead they toasted and put it on which ruined it for the purpose I bought it. Spent $32 and got about $15 worth… NOT good service

Just plain good. The breakfast bagels are a good size but not overwhelming. The ingredients seem and taste fresh, especially the avocado. The coffee is strong but not bitter. Nice ambience with top 40 music playing and plenty of people enjoying their meals and chatting.

Do not come here if you expect even barely adequate service. I stood in the queue for 10 minutes and not a single employee spoke to me or asked for an order. The girl working there made sure to serve the man standing behind me in line first. Then as I stood at the register waiting for SOMEONE to serve me, they completely ignored me. Then asked me if I could move so the guy behind me could checkout. Forget that, I walked out. I hope they get the business they deserve.

It truly sucks that their food is so great, but their service is so bad. Careful if you have a large family (suv sized), they will tell you that you are confined to ordering inside and are not allowed to use the drive-through. With a straight face. Thankfully, the manager did not continue going back-and-forth when he knew that this was going to be an argument and just continued with preparing the order. This was a very uncomfortable experience, nonetheless.

Met a neighbor for lunch. Great Creme Brulee drip coffee and blueberry muffin. Also had their Avocado Spring Greens Salad (or something close to that name). Very good. It was a quiet space for our conversation. We sat inside but they have a little outdoor seating as well. This was my first visit to this location. Good experience and I’m sure I’ll be back.
