The employees are really great but unfortunately the food isn’t. We started ordering bagels only but even they aren’t that good anymore. Here’s a pic of a salt bagel that we ordered to go. Doesn’t even resemble a bagel, was stale and hard as a rock. Plus what’s the deal with the trans flag? We definitely won’t be back.

Everyone was super helpful. You get a cozy atmosphere, as I was waiting for my bagel I heard the workers greet 2-3 customers by name which was sweet to hear. Bagel was delicious. 12/10 will be back! 🙂

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop for over 10 years, but today was the last straw. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the eggs were GREEN. Absolutely disgusting! I’ll never be back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Yuck!

Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere? Not even close! My friends and I were outraged last week when an elderly gentleman with severe mobility issues put his order in and then wasn’t allowed to sit because the chairs had been placed on top of the tables. If they didn’t want any more customers to sit, then why not tell the man before he ordered? There were still plenty of customers there, so allowing a disabled senior citizen to sit with his coffee for a few minutes wouldn’t have hurt them. We would NEVER patronize a place like that again. They can keep their mediocre bagels and coffee, too! The Original Hot Bagel Shop on East Chestnut Hill Road has the best bagels in town and staff who respect their customers.

I struggle to understand why this place is so highly rated. The bagels taste good, but are so tiny, they are stingy with the meat on the bagel sandwiches, and everything is microwaved. They have like 6 microwaves behind the counter and no cooktop. The coffee isn’t good either. And it’s very expensive for what you get.

I have never left a review, but after seeing the bagel I recieved this morning I am left with no choice. There is absolutely no reason that a $5 bagel should come with a single slice of pork roll and a single slice of cheese. The bagel was smaller than the palm of my hand, and frankly just not good. If you’re going to sell meat and cheese bagels, it better come with more than one slice of each. Will not return.

The bagels are a little small. The cinnamon raisins had little to no raisins. My hot sandwich had literally 1 piece of bacon on each side and eggs were microwaved eggs. Strawberry cream cheese is just chopped up strawberries on top of the cream cheese. Service was good and store was clean.

Was not expecting my bacon and egg for my sandwich to be microwaved. Bagel was good, soft and seasoned very well. Everyone working looked like they just rolled out of bed, dressed in graphic tees and pajama pants. Not as good as Hot Bagel on Chestnut Hill Rd, and for a cheaper price as well.

Great experience, we stopped in during a trip home from visiting Philly. The bagels were delicious but what really stood out was the woman at the register. She was so sweet and her customer service was top notch. Support this place and you won’t be disappointed
