THE BEST DELI!! Meat is cut fresh to order. Everything is fantastic. Bagels and breads made daily. The staff are always nice, the place is very clean, there is nothing bad to say. Our bagels were pretty good! I had never heard of this place before and I’m a coffee blogger from CT but their iced coffee was good and we got bagel sandwiches that really hit the spot. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Customer service is horrible no smiles or says thank you. Instead of saying can I help the guy said what. I asked for a toasted bagel never toasted. Never coming back again. Management needs training. They said the cream cheese makes it seem not toasted.

They have good breakfast sandwiches and coffee. In the mornings there is usually a bit of a wait but they are quick. Some of the staff there are so rude and lack customer service skills but its ok because you are in and out in no time.

This Bagelman used to have reasonable hours. For some reason, unknown to me, they’ve severely reduced their hours. Therefore, I can rarely get to them before they close on weekdays at 3P. I thought I lucked out today when I was able to get in there. There were no other customers before nor after me; so they certainly weren’t rushed. I joked with the cashier about how I was gonna have really bad breath after eating my garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese. Upon arriving home, looking forward to this rare Bagelman treat, I discovered I’d gotten my (minimal) scallion cream cheese on a plain bagel. I placed a simple order, at an empty store and was still given an incorrect product. I guess there’s really no need to go to this Bagelman location anymore.

Love bagelman! They do bagels very well. I especially love the classic! They really load in the lox. I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but you get good quality meals. I wouldn’t go on a Saturday or Sunday morning without ordering ahead because they get really busy.

Unfortunately Bagelman has morphed from a decent breakfast and lunch stop into a food delivery service, treating walk-in customers as third class citizens. A lack of (English speaking) staff guarantees 1) no one will be at the counter to take your order, and 2) there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get what you ordered.

Been coming here for 20 years. Last year + it has really gone way down hill. Terrible service on front end, kids behind counter that dont wash there hands or use gloves, mess order up literaly every time. Had to prove to them they forget potatoes in my omelet by having someone rip it apart in front of me with a fork.
