My first and last time coming here!! I asked for a turkey bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I wasn’t aware that I needed to ask for bread to be toasted. I realize after seeing the receipt. I question the male associate on the cash register and he had an attitude for no apparent reason. Again my first time here!! I told the male associate again it is my first time here and that I wasn’t aware, and he was unreceptive to me saying that!! VERY snotty and off-putting of an employee you have!!! I wasn’t aware I had to ask for bread to be toasted?! All the other breakfast spots I go to, I never would be asked that. Again, first and LAST time coming here. Poor, snotty attitude and poor customer service!!!

I bought a veggie omelet with home fries and toast along with an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. First of all, there was hardly any cream cheese. You charge $4.50 with cream cheese spread like butter. The omelet was supposed to be 3 eggs but I can tell it is not 3 eggs. It was small and lacked flavor. The toast was just horrible. The bread was not even toasted and with no butter even after I explicitly asked for it. This place is a rip off. They are very sneaky in reducing the quantity of the food and overcharging for it.

Everytime I order from DoorDash my order never has extra bacon on it . I pay for it and they never send it . Today I called the store and spoke with the manager I explain to him he assured me he will make sure the order is right. Thank you to the manager on duty today he made my sandwich correctly and I have my extra bacon thank you.

This bagel shop is so good. I own a business right down the road from there and I go to bagel fresh frequently and get a toasted sesame bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It’s delicious. In fact i think they have some of the best breakfast sandwiches around. I really love their bagels. Not to mention, they are always nice when I go in. People say hi and they don’t rush you. 5 star everything!

I’ve been going to this place for the last 4-5 months almost every Saturday, always ordered pretty much the same, today I ordered 6 bagels, somehow the lady at the register says she didn’t charge me correctly and had to charge me 2 more bagels. I get my bag, go home, when opened the bag of course the were only 4 bagels so I called right away and what bothers me the most is that they didn’t believe me, I had to go back and tell them personally. Long story short, I’m not coming back.
