I had a gentleman come in this afternoon that thought he heard me say something offensive but I was talking to my friend Jack and this young man said I said he is black which is so untrue if they kid’s name was Jack it’s just a case of somebody trying to start some trouble and I think all the people in the community know about the bagels own and that we are good people it’s just another case of someone trying to start trouble please disregard any of these post that you see no one would be talking like that in the store at all thank you

Clearly visible from road. Actually off High St onto Kelly Dr so look for this turn. One driveway in/out. Plenty of parking handicap friendly as is building.

Great bagel. I had an everything with Cheddar Horseradish. Boom! a flavor tornado ️. The nice lady behind the counter suggested that combo after I asked some questions and said I like a savory combination, she suggested that combo. Their everything bagel was big, crunchy outside and a really soft tender inside. More than generous with the cheese spread. I would highly recommend this bagel place. I added a picture of a “bacon and egg bagel” already in the bagel mix. That’s going to be my next thing to try!

Went here after years of not going here and this place turned around. Here’s some advice, skip the gourmet and fancy bagels and stick with classics like Egg, Sesame and Plain, they’re fantastic. The rest are good, but nothing as gourmet as you expect, but certainly they are filling as well.

I have been coming here for years and have never had one negative experience. The food is always great and on point and the staff is always courteous and tentative to the customer. I came in today and placed a pretty big order and when my food was ready the owner came to me and said I heard you had a bunch of kids with you today and asked me to please go take a big thing of orange juice home for all of us. I have seen some of the negative comments on here and it would be ignorant for me to try to comment on someone else’s experience but I believe this owner is one of those dogs who bites back after being bitten and I can respect that. I will be coming here as long as their doors are open. Thank you for the great food and service!

If You want a better than average bagel while verbally getting punched in the face this is your place. First time here and I was abused by a staff member for simply placing an order of one dozen onion bagels. I was first told they didn’t think there were a dozen but I pointed out the bin and said it looks pretty close and if there were less than a dozen I’d make up the difference with something else. Next thing I know a male employee was saying ,with a very condescending and loud tone,that there wouldn’t be any left for other customers and if the came in wanting one they would have to wait a half hour for another batch to be made. He also said he couldn’t have empty bins. I’m thinking what the heck is going on here? aren’t they a bagel place in the business of selling bagels? Begrudgingly they sold me a dozen,but I was told it was for this one time only. This place has a vibe of a South Philly cheese steak place where if you don’t behave in a certain manner they will let you know it. Quality of the bagels is a 4 out of 5. Customer service 1 out of 5
